This game has so much potential, mostly in freeplay mode. I absolutely love medical horror, and the details are spot on. I want to love this so much. But I can't. The gameplay itself gets clunky, and you can't dissect multiple organs in freeplay mode, which bothers me. There's also not much variety in freeplay mode, it's the same cadavers over and over again.

So I will give the game a very minor recommendation. The games graphics are quite good; the organs look good however I wish there was more detail. The environments look good but I felt were underutilized. Excellent voice acting, I really felt all the actors were putting effort into their roles. Whether it was the disinterested security guard or the main character, trying to maintain his professional composure while clearly harboring some deep mental problems. I will try give my observations of the game while avoiding spoilers. This game has potential but it fumbles what could be something very interesting. The medical language used in the game clearly shows the devs did their homework on this on the nature and process of preforming an autopsy. The bodies in the story I felt were well designed, however that ends when going to autopsy only mode. The observations are all randomized but they use the same male and female models every time, which is a shame because I know the devs know how ...
It's a cool game, i love the autopsy only mode but i WISH it would tell you what you got wrong about the death. It's so anti climactic if i get the cause of death wrong and the game doesn't tell me what the real cause of death was.
the game itself is AMAZING!!! the ending was a surprise but made the game seem rushed with missed chances
Cool game
Short horror based experience. It is interesting, and I liked the story narrative. I just think it's a little too short. It's not worth the full price, so if you see it on sale I go for it.
I love the concept and what it has going for it so far, but the Autopsy Only Mode needs more variety of cadavers and deaths. Less accidents and more murders. Give us some stand alone munted stories. The story has a bit more variety in cadavers AND causes of death so we know it's possible for them to do. The story itself was very gripping initially as there were many possibilities as to what the twist would be but it ultimately fell flat. My biggest gripes however are the laboratory practices by Dr Hanman and his interns. - They don't balance their centrifuges, its a miracle they don't wind up with a specimen getting yeeted into the wall as the centrifuge blows up. - The pipetting stresses me out since the game encourages you to dip the tip beyond the supernate and into the red blood cells at the bottom, which would haemolyse the sample. Haemolysed samples don't read properly. - Several cases of cadavers presenting with infections by cell count but the bloodwork shows no inflammatory...
Despite all the hate comments I think it was a very good game, it had its spooky moments where there was so much tension. The voice acting was pretty good, the story was crazy in the beginning but got more confusing throughout, instructions were clear and even came with an autopsy mode so you can too become a mortician. It was a solid game where I had 5 hours of fun and tension. If you love analyzing guts and blood this game is for you!
it was a fine game til chapter 4 where the game started to feel rush and it basically tried to pull a twist but in the end it was way to predictable and almost seem like they rushed it out due to the one game being out and trying to jump on a train i would of love the game to be its own but after chapter 3 it just wasn't. not even any scares like i was hoping i really hope the developer tries for more horror games but learns from what made this one good and what ruined it
so gurd
