Decided to get this game on a whim to try out some single developer made games. Overall I'm pretty surprised by how much this dev was able to put into this game. So far I've played a couple times just when I have a bit of free time, while the game could use some polish (as expected for single dev) its surprisingly good and fun to play! Really looking forward to seeing how this game progresses over time and how the dev updates it. Really has a good bit of potential.

I found myself having a lot of fun playing this. Void Arena sort of feels like all my favorite games smashed into one. Infinite rift game mode is reminiscent of good old COD zombies, mixed with Diablo and I really enjoyed it. Keeping in mind that this is an Alpha/Early Access, it obviously needs more time and finish - but that was expected. There's potential for this to be a great game. Certainly an ambitious project for a solodev, more work needs to be done for it to feel complete, but it is playable and fun as it is, which is impressive. I am looking forward to the addition of Infinite Rift co-op to see how game play will change with a team dynamic, & with a larger player base, I think the Arena game mode will be a lot of fun too. Its visually very pretty - the characters are a little wacky but most likely placeholders. Abilities and sound effects feel good. With the addition of more abilities/skills, I think playing against people with different builds will be interesting. All ...

The game is beautiful and immersive. The developer is very active with updates and changes allowing the game to improve and grow. I played demo for about 55 hours, and it was very enjoyable. Starting the game again I am met with a completely new experience the amount of changes that the developer made in such a short time from the alpha to early access is astounding. Trying the demo to get an idea of what the game is like is a great idea, and you will be able to experience it differently twice as well.

After the load up you are greeted with a character customization screen, pretty standard choose one of 12 characters or so. Followed immediately by a choose your 6 abilities and 4 passives for this character. This is where the game looks to be immensely fun! There are soooo many abilities you can choose from to customize your character exactly as you want it. There are countless combinations that can be tailor made to suit any play style you can conceive of. Most games these days want to give you 4 rigid abilities and lock you into hard casts. Nope not this game! Very refreshing. I decided to give the multiplayer a shot and was pleasantly surprised my characters as I built them were available in the multiplayer. The round based combat reminded me of the old counter-strike lobby days of intense endings and objective team play. I really like what the developer has done with the game so far. I see great bones and a sea of potential as a fast paced action combat experience. I just wish the...

Reminds me of something like Skyrim crossed with Diablo which pays special attention to balanced class distribution for multiplayer. That is the area of this game that I have the most fun with. I can see the potential for intricate play-styles and "metas", since the game encourages theorycrafters to get creative through the custom class option and the large spell bank that's available. I'm looking forward to taking on some rifts when they are released. Very impressed that this game was created by ONE person!

One of the best games I have played in a long time. A breath of fresh air from all the broken promises and pre-orders I have been through. I am genuinely excited about the continued development of this game and am also super impressed by the discord and how positively the Dev responds to feedback! 10/10 would recommend Cant wait for the upcoming patch, Big things from what I read!

I like the direction this is going in with the blend of FPS and spell casting. Felt cool running around wreaking havoc with just a pair of hands. The endless rift mode reminded me of the slaughter shaft in Borderlands 3 as well as Greater Rifts from Diablo 3. I wanna learn more about the lore and am really excited to play the campaign when its ready. Also looking forward to that sweet sweet loot.

I dont get it, max sensitivity still bad, no players, you can select skills and spend points to do so, or grab only attributes and grab the skills without spending points as if your out of points all the skills are free?
