when it starts the starts simple. but then after i built the rocket the alien doesn't grab onto it!, there's nothing more frustrating then reaching the goal only for bad coding to get in the way

Like the store page says, it does play like a Tamagotchi. You do need to complete it in one sitting, which I had not done so I need to restart. It can be a bit difficult understanding what exactly needs to happen to get to the next step, but it is satisfying to figure it out on your own.

Real fun once you discover what you need to do in the game, from that point on everything start to make sense, and if it doesn't there's a guide someone really helpful made in the community posts, so if anything check that out. Also, love the gator sleepy bestie with cowboy hat, chonky froggy and yellow blob alien.

This is basically a precursor to Stacklands. Pretty fun little idle game, but with a few problems: - It's realllly difficult to find what to do in some instances. If you don't want to look it up, you might get stuck a few hours. - The controls are weird; no mouse input supported. It works, but it's kind of clunky. And the biggest problem by far, which is an issue with more Sokpop games; - Lack of save functionality. Since this is an idle game, it's not unlikely a run will take anywhere between 1 to 10 hours, but there's no way to save progress. If you don't want to keep it running forever (or play other Steam games in between!) you'll have to complete the whole thing in one run. If there would have been an option to save, this game would be a very cute package, and while it still is fun as it is now, it's JUST a bit too lacking to recommend wholeheartedly.

Completely broken; although I would like to believe it's a good game, it literally doesn't open.

Note: I have not finished the game, but I don't think that it will change the opinions I hold atm. This is one of those Sokpop games that make me a bit sad - a lot of potential, but a flawed outcome. It's very cute, and I love the idea of a little tamagotchi-ish pet you can keep open and tend to when you have a minute to interact with them, but the flaws that the game have unfortunately prevent it from being enjoyable. My biggest issue, and the one that if it were remedied would likely make me go from "negative" to "neutral" would be the lack of saving. As you can see from my playtime I'm over 3 hours in. If I closed the game now, I'd have to play around 3 more hours just to make up the progress I lost. Another flaw is that the game cannot be minimized unless put into full screen mode, and then alt-tabbed out of. It runs fine in the background, so I'm unsure of why this wasn't implemented into the game. It also cannot be resized, so it's forced to take up around 1/6 of your comput...
