Game details This is a 3rd person game with puzzles being the main appeal. having said that they are not difficult. but may take time to figure out. you play as 3 characters, a bear, a girl who casts magic and a guy who has a crossbow. by collecting crystals you can obtain new abilities by using stat points which can be refunded to get another skill. you upgrade skills and revive characters at blue flags found around the world. - personal thoughts i found it very enjoyable, the visuals,animation and character abilities made this a really impressive experience for an indie game. the difficulty was reasonable. battles being very easy. the fog/paper collectables were a nice touch. though the cursive handwriting of the notes can be a little hard to read. many might not notice the small details of character mouths moving with dialog. and i appreciate the effort here. same with the water splash effects when you shoot it. - Overall i'd definitely recommend people check this out. especiall...

This games trailer is VERY misleading. The game is only one level so far. Even then I don't see where the game could go from here. The final boss is so convoluted and painful to play. I want a refund, I'm going to ask steam for one but I don't know that I'll get it. Normally I would stick around to see if the updates add new and exciting things to the game. But honestly, with this game I just don't care about the next few updates. I wish the developers good luck, but also please don't download this game until there is far far far more content.

This game is approximately 1.5-2 hours game play at its current state if you concentrate. I appreciate that it says its in early access, but I still feel quite misled, I did not expect it to be one level. This has one 'big boss', which was anticlimatic. The controls are a bit funny and I just would not recommend this game at all until there is a significant amount of more content.

Was looking for a coop game to play with my wife and this wasn’t it. Gave it a fair amount of time before judging it to decide that I hated it. Gameplay, combat, and movement is clunky. The game itself only has a couple hours worth of playtime. The point we were at in game we were nearing the end but decided to stop playing so I could get a refund. Overall just extremely boring and unsatisfying. All the puzzles were like 8th grade level and didn’t require much thought.

A very fun bright game full of fun and challenge puzzles that require thought to work out this is balanced by fun and engaging combat which remains simple while giving options for more intricate play. Its a refreshing take on the puzzle genre and a game truly fun for all ages. Great for playing with my kids or forcing my friend to play as the bear and riding him into battle. Absolutely worth checking out.

This is the last time I bought an early access title. War Islands does so many things wrong in the first 30 minutes of the game that I'd request a refund if it wasn't too late already. The controls are not freely configurable (try the number block, right ctrl key or the keys above the arrow keys). This is not a good start for a left-handed person like me. Then the movement: I managed to slip off the pier and into the water like 5 times in a row because the whole movement is so jerky. Did I mention this means instadeath? My bad. The story is basically non-existent, you jump right into being ordered what to do, chasing a quest marker for no apparent reason, being lead by signs saying "1", "2", "3" so that even the last idiot knows where to go next. No, I won't waste my time on writing more on this. Just avoid.

I had a good time playing this game. The graphics and voice acting are impressive, and most importantly, cute animals!! While the controls can be a bit confusing, I found the combat to be intriguing. Overall, the game may not be particularly lengthy since it's still in the early stages, but it's certainly a great choice for a fun night with friends.

Great game looking forward to updates great game my wife friend and I played together. Cant wait for updates so we can play it some more.

We should all be afraid of biology students that bring their own crossbow.

I enjoyed the team dynamics and fun characters. I really liked having to figure out how to work together to advance in the game.
