About This Game

Digitizer is my new project as a solo developer/artist. The game has 10 hours of gameplay for the main story, and 4 hours for the side stories, all voiced by real actors. Beyond that, the enemies and the random NPCs will respawn endlessly every few game days.
It has been in development for 5 years and follows a sci-fi story I wrote as a future prediction of our own world.
Digitizer is an open-world RPG, set in a futuristic world where all government control has failed and masses of poor survivors live in anarchy, while the rich have fortified themselves in a high-tech city above the ground.

Pick your side and fight to support those who should survive.
Fight for the Future you want, while a new technology rises, technology that can destroy what is left of the old world.
This technology can give the poor survivors eternal life inside a simulated reality, but the price is high, they will lose their biological life.
Will you support this technology, its inventor, and the city council? Or will you join the resistance and restore the old world order? The choice is yours and the Digitizer's fate is in your hands.

The game features:
Professional voice acting.
First and third-person control.
Fighting with ranged and melee weapons, and with car-mounted machine guns.
Inventory system with trade and crafting.
Branching dialogues in NPCs' conversations. Without cutscenes.
Player character customizations and clothing switching.
Stats, perks, and skills to develop as you level up.
Vehicle upgrades in workshops.
Open-world exploration, teleport, maps, and location discovery system.

In a nerdy sci fi future, developed by one dev, fight for the future. It LOOKS like a game that stepped straight out of 2004 and into my living room. It plays like that as well. But that is not a bad thing. There is a lot of love poured into this and you will not be disappointed by the level design and voice acting. The only caveat to all this praise is the price, it is about 2x as expensive as I would like to see it. Wait for a sale and then play this for a janky fun time. https://youtu.be/zMW6O84llto

I'm in love, I'm in love, I'm so in love, don't want to sing no sad songs, only love songs yea! That's how this game made me feel, we all dreamed of making our own Fallout-styled RPG, and this WonderKid did it! It is one of the most amazingly fun and imaginative experiences on Steam! While it lacks the V.A.T's system, and is far smaller and simpler than a Bethesda RPG, it nonetheless feels like one. You will be chatting with NPCs, getting quests and side quests, having opportunities to see some different choices, and of course plenty of things to shoot and loot! The visuals are simple, but I find the art style very enduring, it's a kind of PS1 meets 80s Saturday Morning Cartoon vibe. I really dig it, sure you see a lot of repeated NPCs, but you did in Fallout too, ok maybe not this many repeats but still, come on now, this is a one-person project. Combat is simple but fun, the outfits and world art are interesting, a kind of Philip K Dick meets Walt Disney Vibe. No bugs or glitch...

Hello fellow indies, I'm sorry that I have to refund your game because I'm short on money and the game is not suit my taste to play for a long time. Here is a good thing in this game. The story is great, it feels like I'm reading high quality novel. There are a lot of stuffs which in my definition is "experimental subjects" This game sure dream big, but sadly the quality of gameplay is not up to the standard I wish for. Surely for people with some spare money and don't mind about sluggish gameplay would be able to enjoy this game a lot more than me which is why I recommended this game. I could guaranteed that the vibe is there, enjoy the world of Digitizer.

There is no place to really begin with a review for a game like this. It’s made by one man, and it shows. It is a game full of jank that you will generally have to play around to get to any kind of fun, or the jank can be its own kind of fun. But if you have no tolerance for unpolished games? Definitely stay away. What do I mean when I say unpolished? The character models look like they’re from 2006 or so, and that extends out to the rest of the graphics of the game. Animations are there, you know characters are doing something when they do it, but they’re stiff and tend to look awkward. It all honestly serves its purpose, but you know that the graphics were not intentionally at this level, and that the developer most likely would have improved them if they were able to do so. I will say the vehicles look nice in comparison to the rest of the game. The graphics leads us into the issue of framerate. I played this on a Geforce GTX 1070 and aside from the initial loading being aroun...

I will follow with great interest. The game should be Early Access. But a great idea. If this gets some serious love It could be a great game. If I could it would be a wait and see not a negative review.

I really am enjoying this game, with only a few hours into it. It is a bit needy in a few areas but so far not breaking. The wolves clip through the home doors and the handling of the vehicles needs some TLC. I think that the way the game is going atm it will be a very good game especially if the Dev tends to it and fixes buigs and updates it regulary.... Time will tell.. https://youtu.be/Yrjxb-Dkbt0 or a look at the playing... Tatt
