I didn't like what little I played of it. It wasn't fun for me and I could tell I wasn't going to like it; and the hoverboard movement makes me queasy very quickly. The hoverboard moves too quickly at times (when you boost especially) and the visuals get too blurry and the camera shakes way too much for me. I don't want to play it and I don't know if I could without getting sick.

TL; DR: A relaxing experience with awesome music and stunning visuals. Playtime 3-4h (steam stopped logging because internet connection loss) If you have limited time on hand but still want to experience a beautiful game with a story like Journey or Abzu, then AnShi is definetly for you. It is a kind of "walking simulator" but classifying AnShi as one wouldn't do the game justice. With its mechanics i would say it is more, like what a rouge-like or rouge-lite to the original rouge is, is AnShi to a walking simulator. It is a beautiful and relaxing experience, an interactive movie and who enjoys such kind of games will probably enjoy AnShi. Hoverboard / 10

AnShi is a fantastic game with a few flaws that I think could be easily fixed. The great: The graphics and music are stunning, and the story, sound effects, level design and character animation are all very good. Visually and sonically AnShi is really immersive as the environments are so big and detailed and the sound effects fit the world much better than I have seen/heard in many games. It is clear that a lot of time was spent on the design of the game, especially noticeable in the character animations which, not surprisingly, were motion captured. For example, your character doesn't just do the minimum required to perform an action - sometimes they will try one method of doing something and then try something else when that doesn't work. This is really rare to see in games and was a nice touch by the developer. Some areas of the game feel huge and they're beautifully designed with amazing lighting and hundreds (thousands?) of objects in them making them more real somehow. I love th...

Impressive work. Besides the enjoyable surfing mechanic, Anshi offers a variety of valuable features. The landscapes are huge and interesting, the story (yet to be explored entirely) seems to have some real depth and feels thought through, so it's fun to discover it all bit by bit. The music really makes it all like a world you can dive into and get lost (in a good way) and the sequences create a feeling of being carried through it all in a non-restrictive way. Those who like calm gaming experiences with a deeper meaning should definitely consider checking out Anshi!

This was such a beautiful game, reminding me in every way of Journey. The Being in this game was on a search for a higher meaning IMO and was on its hoverboard to get there. I loved the scenery, the music, the serene flow of the game itself, and was delighted at the end to see that the Being had reached the ultimate goal (I won't spoil it for those who haven't played it yet). I'd play this game again and it would still have the same magic throughout.

This Game has litterly zero story even the AV show it and I can say the movement feels wrong for a price of 15€, I would give the Game MAX 5€, never played it till the end there is in the basic nothing to do except visit, visit, visit and rescue that's it.
