I bought this game for 0.87€ and finished it in 1.3 hours. This game tries to capture the essence of vaporwave with very limited success. The game wants to be some kind of hack and slash, but fails as the player is not given the tools to feel powerful in this kind of environment: laughably small stamina recovery to dodge, no i-frames when you get damaged (this leads to frequent instadeaths), the attacks are unpredictable and feel unjust. The player begins with a katana which is capable of reflecting projectiles; the only problem is that the reflecting is unreliable and the player, if given only a melee weapon can feel powerless against a group of ranged enemies. Luckily, you unlock in the later parts of the game a shotgun and some kind of uzi. The levels are very similar, and could have been done better. Half of my playtime consists of fighting the final boss; it was hard, but for the wrong reason: unpredictable attacks which are impossible to dodge (as i said, low stamina). To beat ...

this game cured my depression

Pretty much ... Bad ... It will take about 10 minutes and the graphics will hurt your eyes. And the gameplay is as basic as it gets. Cannot recommend, not even at a low price.
