About the Game
Jurassic World Evolution 2 is the much-anticipated sequel to Frontier’s ground-breaking 2018 management simulation, Jurassic World Evolution, offering an all new narrative campaign voiced by cast members from across the Jurassic World film franchise, exciting new features, four engaging game modes, and an expanded roster of awe-inspiring dinosaurs.
Learn what it takes to be a park management master in Campaign mode, a compelling, original narrative that puts you at the heart of the action following the earth-shattering events of Jurassic World: Fallen Kingdom. Work alongside iconic characters from the films, including Dr. Ian Malcolm (voiced by Jeff Goldblum) and Claire Dearing (voiced by Bryce Dallas Howard), and lead the efforts to control, conserve, and contain wild dinosaurs now rampaging across the USA.

Take control with deeper management tools and creative options. Construct a range of customisable new buildings and hire new Scientists, and shape your park to meet the needs of both your guests and dinosaurs. Unleash your creativity in Sandbox mode, or test your skills in Challenge mode as you deal with diverse locations and environmental calamities.

Play through key moments of your favourite films - with a twist. Experience ‘what-if’ scenarios from iconic Jurassic World and Jurassic Park films, each level set across eras and locations from all five movies. Dive into the Jurassic World franchise and see how events unfold when you take control.

Over 75 different prehistoric species come to life in Jurassic World Evolution 2, including highly requested flying and marine reptiles. These animals feel more alive than ever as they preside over territory, fight for dominance, and react intelligently to the world around them. Use bioengineering to customise dinosaurs with bold new colours, and alter their genomes to unlock traits.

Pros: fully customizable Jurassic Park game Build your own park or do the campaign (or both) SO much content- two campaigns, plus sandbox mode (I actually recommend playing the tutorial as well as chaos theory before starting your own park to fully get a grasp on what to do) campaign scenarios identical to the movies. 79 species of dinosaurs (plus more with DLC) game is still complete without DLC so don't feel pressure to buy it this is a more personal note but there's a specific reason I'm giving this game a recommend but not Planet Zoo. Both games let you make a fully customized zoo, but JWE2 does it SO much better. In planet zoo, there is honestly too much stuff to manually customize- you have to set fence heights on your own, control water depth, plant each tree individually, and a lot of other issues that, instead of making optional, you HAVE to do on your own. Playing Planet Zoo feels more like a job than it feels like a game. JWE2, on the other hand, will do most things for you,...
Jurassic World Evolution 2 – The Zoo Tycoon of Disappointment To sum it up in one sentence: “Look at the dinosaurs. Please. Just look at them. No, don’t play with them. That would imply the game is fun.” JWE2 is what happens when you build a gorgeous simulation and then forget to add gameplay. It’s a sandbox in the most literal sense: shiny, limited, and fun for exactly 20 minutes before you realize you’re scooping the same damn plastic tree back into the corner over and over. Let’s talk systems • Habitat mechanics? They’re the core “challenge,” and I use that term loosely. Each dinosaur has specific environmental needs — number of trees, type of terrain, biome blending, etc. Miss the mark by even slightly and your fully-fed, totally safe dino will go full kaiju on the fence because, apparently, it wanted 10 more trees. Not 5. Not 9. Ten. This isn’t simulation — this is babysitting. The game doesn’t simula...
Fun game you can delve hours in just watching the dinosaurs for there animations, mucking around with skin and colour combos and when that gets boring theres the building, a nice late night wind down for me and maybe you, give it a try
This experience is not limited to the contemplation of extinct creatures, it relies on a rich management system that forces you to consider every choice as a historical decision, building a park is not simply about placing structures, it is about organizing a territory, creating spaces where each species can find its place, anticipating food needs, conflicts between predators and prey, and also the reaction of visitors when faced with unforeseen dangers, the gameplay rests on a constant tension between control and unpredictability, a storm can destroy infrastructure in minutes, a dinosaur can break through its enclosure and spread chaos, a disease can appear and threaten the balance of the park, nothing is ever guaranteed, and it is precisely this fragility that gives each playthrough a particular flavor. That said, the AI of visitors and dinosaurs can sometimes behave unpredictably, some crises feel repetitive, and managing research or staff can occasionally slow the pace of the game,...
This iseasily one of the best tycoons I have ever played: the animals are goregeous, the scenery too. Just a bit of modding - and a superb sandbox park building experience is in your hands.
I want to say its good. if you just like playing sandbox you will have a good time. the campaign is not fun or interesting like the first one was.
this game freezes every five minutes and crashes so often. i am really annoyed that the only way not to get it like that is to buy a super powerful laptop
I love all the options this game has. It allows you to create literally whatever you want, I will be investing in the 3rd game but this one is just top tier for me at the moment.
At first it was hard to work out the tools and keys to use but once I knew how the tools and keys worked I enjoyed the game play and story line.
