Fix the sign-in loop. The workarounds provided on the Halo support site did not work. I paid money for this game's single player campaign, I should not be locked out of it via an online log-in error.

You know what really pisses me off? Halo Infinite. We, the players who actually paid for this game — the ones who put money down on day one because we believed in the damn franchise — got completely shafted. Back in the day, you bought a Halo game, you got the whole package. Campaign, multiplayer, unlockables, cool armor — it was yours. You earned it. No bullshit. No nickel-and-diming. Just you, your friends, and hours of grinding that felt worth it. But Infinite? Nah. They cut the game in half, slapped a $60 price tag on the campaign, and then turned multiplayer into some predatory free-to-play battle pass scheme. They shoved armor coatings, color palettes, and even basic-ass helmets behind paywalls. Shit that we used to unlock through playing the damn game is now locked away unless you open your wallet. And if you did pay for the campaign? Congrats, you get absolutely nothing extra in multiplayer — you’re basically on the same footing as some free-to-play tourist. It’s...

Despite the faults of the game on delivering multipalyer content and an "ok" campaign, the online multiplayer gameplay is some of the most fun I've had in a long time. I weep for the game we could've gotten.

It won't let me play the game because it wants me to sign into my xbox live profile but doesn't give me the option to log in. I did all sorts of troubleshooting, including deleting xbox live credentials. An xbox game on the xbox comptuer not working. Absolute trash. I tried some additional fixes from a comment left by someone. Still did not work. I have Xbox game pass and guess what? It works perfectly fine through that. There is clearly some Integration issue with Microsoft and Steam. This needs a fix asap. I see lots of people having this issue, but some people can fix it with the troubleshooting methods I tried. Some can't fix it at all. The strange thing is it used to work the last few years. Some update this year broke the game.

Your login system is broken across Steam Deck, PC, and others. This is beyond unacceptable. Buyers beware, this product has lost functionality.

I had over 60K hours on Halo 1 PC and a lot of custom. The main reason Halo won't ever be like it was is because you can't just play ranked CTF. It's on this weird pro map rotation like Oddball... that was considered complete trash and noob back in the day; nobody that was any good at the game would ever consider playing that. Now it's the pro scene, and it's hilarious. Another huge issue is... Back in the day, if a map had rockets, it also had a sniper; something to counter that rocket. If Team Slayer had Overshield, it also had Camo—again, something to counter. All I can remember is both teams having access to a sniper on most CTF maps. I have given this game 163 hours of my time, and its unbalanced approach is unbearable; continuing to fight for that one sniper or power-up is ridiculous.
