About This Game

The Game

Last Farewell is a survival co-op game. You and up to 3 other players have sought refuge in the Town Hall of the city and barricaded yourselves within walls and a gate. From here on you're tasked with scavenging for resources, improve your defenses, and explore during the day. When night comes, the town hall will need to be defended from a wave of enemies and for each night you survive, the attackers grow in numbers...

Rebuild

Arm yourselves with makeshift weapons, construct defensive contraptions and device a plan of action, watch each other's backs while you do your best to last as long as possible during the apocalypse!

Experience

As you live and die, your soul will grow in experience, unlocking new crafting recipes and experiences in Last Farewell, which will both make your next attempt easier... and more dangerous.

I wish I could recommend this game as I am a fan of BikiniBodhi. But the game is far too basic and empty to justify the price even with the launch sale. This feels more like a concept demo instead of a fleshed out game, even for early access. I'm hoping to see this game grow and am willing to give it another try once the game has gone through more development. EDIT: I should be more clear with my complaints with the game for proper feedback to the developers. Combat is easy, monsters can be killed with simple kiteing and bare fists without taking damage and without feeling threatened Exploration feels empty as one or two monsters will inhabit a block at one time making it feel lifeless and once again putting no threat on the player Crafting isn't explained or intuitive, most recipes are discovered just by throwing random junk onto the crafting bench and seeing what comes out Progression feels non-existent as nights serve no threat and enemies are too easy to take out with their l...

They dont really have a direction after the first few days and the monsters are very laggy. I also dont like that you have to keep running back to the base to be safe or you die, or that there is no way to fill the water ration bin. I wasnt a big fan of said game

You can watch a short early access review on the Last Farewell here, I acknowledge I've had not that much time in game, and I talk about the reasons for that in the video. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=OlVfm3AUgCI As of early December 2020, I'd recommend waiting sometime before you buy this, I suspect the development of this game will be a rocky road for early backers.

Game is a great concept and a decent amount of fun, but by god is it horribly horribly bugged. theres also a lack of.. direction after about 3 nights or so, theres only a small handful of monster designs. the game should still be considered in beta

Fun game. A bit challenging at first, but when you get the hands of it gets much easier and more fun.
