Getting my money back. Not even sure what this was supposed to be, but I figured out I didn't like in pretty quickly.

ITS BLOODY HARD . and cheat engine doesn't work. But it's great fun!
Update: The Developer seems to have improved some of the issues mentioned below. Thumbs up for that! Old Review: This game has many issues, and should not cost money in this state. Major issues:

Mouse and keyboard controls are awful
Controller doesn't work if you don't activate it from main menu
Ship is suuuuper floaty, and feels terrible to control
Minor issues:

Too much screenshake when boosting
Cannot skip intro (and it's too long and boring)
Going outside the play area immediately does damage, with no time to correct mistake
But the warpgate is bizarrely outside of play area, so you have to take damage to get there
Shooting has no energy, so there is no reason to ever not be shooting
No abilities, dodge, or anything to make the combat interesting
Suggestions for improvement:

Mouse should simply have an aim cursor, like other top down shooters, e.g. Enter the Gungeon ...
Incredible rogue like with a challenge level I haven't had in a long while I've made it rather far and tried a bunch so I'll count the pros and cons here: Pros: -Great soundtrack, wish I could get MP3s of these -Wonderful challenge -Great ship variety Cons: -Unfortunately abandoned (or deemed finished), a few things could be great like a database for enemies and ships, some balance changes and more QOL and content -The balance is off, the enemies are insanely powerful and at some point it's impossible to regenerate enough health to survive long term and the DPS of your ship will likely not suffice to survive by outdamaging -The fucking turret ships, END THEM Overall it's really fun and it's honestly evidence of your skill and dedication if you can beat the game (I couldn't yet) and for the price it's 99% worth it and I totally recommend it even if there are a few issues Edit: This dev does not know what balance is We need a balance update
Ugh..... Horrible design on something that could've been fun. The screen dimensions seem like it was designed for mobile and the controls are terrible.
I went into this game thinking it was gonna be eh, but I had a lot of fun playing this game. Game starts of fairly easy but ramps up in difficulty very quickly. I can see myself spending hours in this.
It's absolutely terrible, but worth the price.
Hard af but great gameplay
Great Game Difficulty is quite steep (still haven't managed to finish yet), took me a few times to complete the first level. All of the game play mechanics are nice, they take a while to learn and seem well thought out. Ship control is great. Feels very nice getting combos and drifting around the asteroids perfectly. Graphical style is very consistent among ships and the variation of ship types and weapons is great. With every ship having different behaviours which all need to be learned. Controls are simple, but the game still does take a while to get good at. Sound effects and music fit the theme very well and are enjoyable. Game is nice and tense and is always scary when you are close to death. Improvements -------------------- I think it would be nice to have some sort of warning when you're about to die, some alert or noise. Would love for there to be timers on each level. So you could see your best time per level. Sum of best segments. And fastest time for the first n levels...
