God's Challenge

I sure do wish that Steam had something a bit less binary than Yes or No when it comes to reviews. And for me this is definitely one of those reviews. I think I hate it? Ever take a bite or a sip of something, then sit there for a moment, subjecting yourself to something you feel like you should love but somehow just isn't right? Yet you keep on trying as if something was going to change about your first odd feeling? Yeah, that's this game to me. Maybe if this was 3 years ago and just being well produced, looking, and sounding good was enough. The only way I can possibly describe this is if you can imagine The Morrigan, Hell Split: Arena, Until You Fall, Swords of Gargantua, and Legend of Zelda's audio dude ended up at the same hotel, each having had "one too many" at the end of a long day, and ended up in a wild night of ill advised baby making activities?? Most clones try to add something new to the mix. God's Challenge simply tried to make a complete game out of the most basic elements of Until You Fall and then tried to extend the gameplay by having you fight pointless trash mobs and then have you re-fight every single boss fight you just fought in the 5th level. I am not impressed. I don't normally refund games that I purchase. However, this game was so boring and repetitive that I did give it serious consideration. Ultimately, I decided against it but that 5th level is really, really awful. In this game there are basically 4 levels. You fight the boring trash mobs and then you face the boss at the end of the level. Thankfully, there aren't many trash mobs, but the boss fights do take a tad bit too long. T...

It's decent when i have more time will play more the good part is i want to play more :D

I really liked this. It has a great fighting system and the difficulty is just perfect with real punishment for getting it wrong. I really recommend this and will look out for more games from this team.
