Yang2020 Path To Presidency

Overall this has the bones of a decent fighting game. I did find some of the combat a bit clunky and some of the voiceovers questionable, but I still had fun playing the game. And I am a Yang supporter, so the intros to each stage were pretty parallel to real life things that have been said about Yang. Tips: Press G to start if you don't have a controller. G = A and T = B. I thought this game was funny. I am not sure who Yang is bet it was a cool eye opener. I might check him out now.

This game is great! Lots of fun stuff packed in regarding Andrew Yang's Presidency run. The game mechanics are pretty good considering it an Indie game. Love it so far! Will add more once I've had more time to play through the game some more. I do want to add that this game is for the fan/supporters of Andrew Yang and/or people with interest in the 2020 Democratic primaries. The humor in the game is great, but may not land with people who are not familiar with the politics behind it. Know what you are buying...don't expect the Street Fighter quality execution here. This game is more about having fun playing as politicians in a pretty good fighting game.

I don't see any other 2020 candidates that have their own game. Definitely Andrew Yang is above all others. Overall get this game if you want to play as Andrew Yang and enjoy some political humor. While the game is lacking in gameplay it makes up in it's humor. Cheers to the creator in creating this game to promote Yang. What the game needs to improve on or is lacking. - The controls are a little stiff. - Needs better hitreg - Option to remap controls would be nice - Character moves are all the same other than visual effects - Clipping issues in some maps The good stuffs - Humor is on point - Andrew YANG! - You can fight Donald Trump - Voice lines are funny as heck

Cringe fest shitty "fighting game" that gets outclassed by Street Fighter 1. Still more of a Fighting game than smash

You'll enjoy this as a Yang supporter but you won't enjoy this as a fighting game fan. There's 8 characters you'll face off in story mode so 9 characters total. I found the dialogue hilarious but found the combat lacking. Dashes can't be canceled. Certain moves be combo-ed but most can not. There's no grab. There's no combo for repeating the same move either. There's some of the issues I encountered too: -In versus mode, only Yang and Trump are available but other characters are unlocked as you beat them in story mode. I restarted the game and in vs mode, the previous character became locked. -After loading, it turned to a black screen and I had to restart the game. -Some asset colluding issue in stages. Example: When you have a character knock down on the edge of the stage, the character overflows out of the stage. One specific stage was the White House Stage, where when knock down a character on the edge of the stage, the top half of their body was on the other side of the wall. ...

Hilarious. But there are some serious bugs that need to be fixed. The Fight screen stays up the whole time, sometimes the characters spawn facing the wrong direction, and i fought Fred the Felon a couple times. This is a solid game though considering it was developed by one person.

Amusing. The controls are absolute garbage though and cant use an xbox 360 controller for windows with this by default... like I can for every other game I own on steam that has controller support. Made Bernie Sanders feel the "bern". 11/10
