Fun little game. Really enjoyed how the battles require strategy, and the ability to customize equipment was fun as well. Each area was different, and the characters all had their own uniqueness to them. The Daz studio graphics weren't something I see in many games, but they're well done. The arena mode is also fun, and fairly challenging. The final boss being chosen from a roulette of sorts was different, and I enjoyed that. My biggest critique is that I wish there was more development of the characters. At the end of the game, I really didn't know anything about them, other than Agela is tough, Ingus is sarcastic, etc. I suppose that's to be expected since the game is pretty short.

About This Game
Features:
• Continuation of the story from the first episode.
• Dialogue is fully voice acted.
• Simple turn-based combat with a rows system – being in the back row offers extra protection from enemy melee attacks but makes own attacks weaker, whereas being at the front allows for stronger attacks but also makes the character more vulnerable to an enemy onslaught.
• Equipment upgrading system returns! Use certain items as upgrades to your weapons and armour to give them additional stat bonuses.
• Two difficulty modes: Normal and Brazen.
• The battle arena is back! This time with 3 different modes, each one with its own set of rules: Standard, Infallible, and Marathon.

Wow. The second iteration of Renegade Grounds seems to had doubled in quality ^^ While the controls are quite intuitive if we are used to any JRPG, crafting stayed as great as the first. I really loved Rhask's voice and even the developer have his own inside. (Also, see the random NPC's outside the arena, the cough seems a nice touch to details and genuine.) Graphically, the presentation of the chapters and the use of ePic Character Generator as well as Matseb's spriting and modding helps the immersion. Music is great even if some loops seems too short or abrupts and the victory one seems missing. On story mode, I loved having the confirmation of the side our characters are. In arena, I really loved how it was more smooth to use winning resources as the correction made less frustrating to win something that we are unable to equip; now, we have total freedom between series of fights. I would love a third chapter if all evolves as well as in this one.
Nice continuation of the story, with that finish that make us believe that it will be the next episode for sure))I just dont think that someone will understand the plot of the story if he will buy and start playing with the second episode, maybe some kind of a bundle would be perfect))
Good game, even though short, combat is what you expect from a jrpg, story is not to bad but the big surprise which is nice to see a rpgmaker game fully voiced, my hats of to the game makers for that
