Fun game. Not at all realistic. Some part don't even have the correct name. Example they call a timing belt a serpentine belt. I spent a half hour removing the serpentine belt seeing there was nothing wrong with it and putting it back on. To find out the timing belt is what needed to be changed. LOL There are other parts too with the wrong name. Money in the game is really really unrealistic grind. You do what a shop would charge 3 or 4 hours for plus pay out of pocket for parts to only get 30 dollars worth of income. So as a simulator i would say no. This is more like a google play-store game. And maybe i am being to harsh and the creators are still working on the game. IDK. I truly hope so, I am giving this a thumbs up because it is fun if you give yourself some money to play with.

I love tinkering with cars and this game is perfect for that but there are a few glaring issues I've encountered over my time playing that I want to address. TLDR: Buying engine specific parts can be tedious because of the amount of variants of the same engine and generic engine names (i.e so many variants of the I4 engine). It's a lot easier to buy engine specific parts from DLC cars because all their engines have a codename (Like S55 for the F80 M3 for example) and filtering by codename is a very easy way to buy parts. Stockpiling parts that have a perf and a regular variant makes it hard to install non-perf variants because you have to scroll past a mountain of the performance versions The repair and salvage minigames are objectively better with the skill based version and I'm glad salvage has a bulk scrap mechanic but I'd like a bulk repair that is chance based Part selection menu when wanting to spray or paint parts is tedious to sort through without a filter or search bar. ...

I'm not really a car guy, and before I knew it I was spending hours working on them. Not bad at all. Can't wait for the next installment.

I wasn't particularly fond of cars, but after playing this game for 176 hours, I started to like cars. Great game. I play in English so it's not an issue for me, but the Japanese localization of this game has some flaws that could be confusing for new players, such as different words being used in the tutorial instructions and the dial menu. I hope they fix this. For example, Assemble is translated to "アセンブル(Asenburu)" in Katakana or "組立(Kumitate)" in Kanji. Either is fine, but terminology should be consistent. Once you understand it, you won't have any problems continuing to play the game though. It may not be something the developers put a lot of effort into, But I really love driving around the race track in a car that I built myself. At first it wasn't much fun because high-horsepower cars spin out easily, but once I put slick tires on the Porsche 911 Carrera 4S I got from the DLC, it was surprisingly easy to drive, and it became a daily routine for me to improve my...

I wish the real thing was this easy, but it does scratch the itch. The only gripe I have with this game is I wish there were more driving options to enjoy what you've restored, but other than that a great game with optional DLCs

Way better than 2018. Id argue this is porbably the best car mechanic simulator game ever made. The have so many more features in this game and on top of that its way more realistic. I dont really know what to say but this game is honestly just the definition of good. Buy it if youre thinking about it.

Amazing game, super fun and easy to mess around in car editor with! My only complaint is why RWD cars have to handle like an angry turd on ice..

This game is really fun I love working on things in real life and this game has also helped me a lot with most of my fixes but something I do really wish they added to this game is that you get to pick your own cars that you want I think that would be the cherry on top
