Dark Quest 3

While Dark Quest 2 was fun and addictive, this absolute mess of a game is just not worth the effort it takes to complete a full run (or at least attempt to complete one). The basic combat is so bad that for some reason, the range players can be attacked at any point on the board. There doesn't need to be a tank as the enemy will walk right by it on the way to your weaker characters. And good luck trying to figure out who goes next as there isn't any way to see that. When you start combat your character are just bunched together on the battle field with no way of you lining them up before hand. These issues take away too much of the strategy of turn based combat. Then add in a "dungeon" that is randomly generated by a card deck. It makes it feel more like an idle dungeon game. The meta progression is way too slow and almost a joke on how many times you will need to run a dungeon to actually advance. first two are worth it but this one goes straight the that development team from the previous game.... 1 to 2 was great, 2 was bothersome but okay, 3.... i would probably throw this card deck, miniatures, square box arena, dice....., system through your window. But i am Catwoman so........you might be picking up the glass as well. :) I really do not recommend this game but other two wont put you in a situation where you could beat the game but a random chance completely ruins the story play-through without having any say in it.... *that includes the gambling mechanics. Might even throw that same system out the other window when i find a refund i pick out from your pockets from the store you somehow got a placement for this tinker stench.

ux design is awful. i cant tell which "buttons" i can click on due to lack of mouse hover feedback, rolling for events is a painfully slow and for some reason i still have to select the event after rolling, no keybind to just draw the next event (especially when most of the events are dice roll events) i keep encountering a bug where i am unable to draw the next event after healing someone with the potion. it seems like this happens if you click the potion twice too fast after ending an event also i cannot use the archer's 3x target skill when there arent 3 enemies???? are you serious? attack movement is very clunky to use. if an enemy hides on the lowest part of the map, you cannot select them if the card blcoks them (workaround by zooming out)
