Incoming Message (SCPF-FLASH):

Timestamp: NEE+364 Days (Martian calendar)

To: [REDACTED]

If you're reading this, it means the automated systems have finally brought you out of cryostasis. I don't know how much time you have, so I'll get straight to the point.

You're at Mars Site-113, one of our largest anomalous research and containment facilities. Or at least, it used to be. We lost contact with Earth after the Near-Extinction Event (NEE). Whatever happened, it wasn't good. The SCPs we transferred here for safekeeping have broken containment, and the situation is... dire.

We estimate there are only a few hundred personnel left, down from the tens of thousands who were stationed here. Communications are barely holding up, and you're the only one we've been able to reach.

This isn't a rescue mission. This is the last line of defense. You are humanity's last hope.

Secure. Contain. Protect.

This message will not repeat.

Dr. ████████
SCP Foundation

========================================================================

Immerse yourself in the largest Foundation facility in existence. Hack, weld, and parkour your way through a crumbling complex, stretching across distinct zones each with varying levels of danger, ██████, potential resources, and even ███████

Use your own blend of stealth and combat to weave your way through Site-113’s increasingly unpredictable SCP inhabitants. Adapt your strategy and tactics using weapons and even SCPs themselves to claw back the upper hand.

Make choices, learn the consequences, and use your tools to access new and unique paths throughout the facility. However, in a world marred by deception and lies be very careful who you trust and why – you never know how large the consequences may be.

Wonderful game, simply put. I know this sounds cliche, but I mean... It's an experience. One of those videos games that has graphics high enough for you to immerse yourself entirely. It takes time and effort to read straight from the wiki-fandom and uses the logic brought from it. It can be challenging and have some minor bugs here and there as well as that useless flare item, though the gameplay has you overlook that. A great addition in it was the QUINTET Vending Machines that allow you to purchase aids judging from the currency you find scattered around the environment. The Character - Doctor Jayden. I do so hope to see him in the future of this game- I want to be able to meet him again and become allies despite the fact that he tried to kill me. If anything, this is a message to the story developers. I politely advise you heed my advice. Considering the fact that it tells you where you're supposed to be specifically, I also hope they're making this an RPG that has things like side-...

this game was pretty fun it looks graphically really good the performance is a bit lacking tho for me it seemed to freeze and stutter alot at certain places the combat felt samey but im sure that would be improved upon in the future i did like the sound design but i think the most fatal flaw is for me i was expecting a more suspenseful experience. i wish it had more of a horror aspect because every single room i went in i was not even scared or unsettled one bit but it was still fun and enjoyable experience just wish it was more scary the enemys died really quickly as well. but overall i would still recommend this game considering this is still in early access so it could improve with time.

The first episode really floored me. I went in without many expectations, having only peripherally followed the development. This game is inspired , and I don't use that word lightly. There are lots of SCP and SCP-inspired games out there, and they often follow a simple, formulaic mold (no shade to any of those games, many of them do what they do very well). Instead, this one takes the award winning formula of Alien: Isolation and brings it to the SCP universe, with a lesser-known setting, deep-cuts into SCP lore, and lots of original takes to keep things fresh and exciting. The gameplay takes a little getting used to, but by the end all the mechanics felt like second nature, and the environment design was complex without being frustrating. The number one thing that annoys me in games is getting lost, and that happened infrequently, and was usually just down to me overlooking an obvious detail. Make no mistake, this game is challenging, but fun was prioritized, and what are ga...

WIP review as I play through the game: Encountered a few bugs/random invisible solid objects in the initial outside on Mars segment around the crane. The first save station is not ideally framed and in a not super intuitive location which is easy to miss outside of the flashing blue lights. Menus are clunky and feel kind bad to use. The vault/jump grab could use an animation, even if just a simple one, as it just feels like floating upward. Jumping sounds could use some more oomf; when they play it's very quiet and tends not to match the area, and they frequently don't play, especially when jumping while sprinting. Initial enemy walk animation looks a lot goofy, kinda made me laugh more than be afraid. Overall sound design and music is stellar, particularly with the enemies and ambiance, and was giving off massive Dead Space/DOOM 3/Alien Isolation vibes. Textures and models are pretty good for the most part, but it's kinda obvious when they're not. Outside of minor complains/"it's jus...
