I saw this game was on sale so I figured I'd give it a try, and I have to say after being pretty consistently disappointed with the quality/content of the VR games out there, this one is a hidden gem. It perfectly nails the arcade style shooter mechanics that you can use to show off your VR setup, while still layering in a handful of game-modes that will keep it from collecting dust in your steam library after a few hours of play like most other VR games. I had my dad give it a try and I've never heard a grown man scream the way he did after he got hit in the face by a boulder in the Avalanche gamemode haha 9/10 Definitely give this one a shot after you get tired of boneworks

I feel like I've been had. The graphics are actually ok but that's about it. It throws you into a level with no intro, no tutorial, no menu...then it turns night after about 30 seconds in and you're left wondering what you're supposed to be doing. The weapons do not have weight like another review claimed they feel like a feather and go through objects. You can't even drop your gun (very arcade) shooting has a very arcade feel, it doesn't feel terrible as far as arcade feel goes. Just not good.
I love the rocket fireworks gun!!!!!!!!!!
Watch my video here https://youtu.be/JFDNSOS7UAU I played this on the Valve Index with any issue. Graphics looks good and it gives that horror immersion in spades. Guns physics and level are detail plus thought is very good. Gameplay full short, needing more content. Needs more than two wave shooting modes and two evacuation modes. But this is an early access game and they are coming. So patience is needed. Gun play is amazing. The guns feel as if the have wait. The sound in the game is one of the best I've heard and this includes 3D audio. I was blown away being the thunderstorm sounds. Personally the thought that went into the firework gun is damn cool.
Update 27 Jan 2020 - Probably the biggest issue with this game is giving it enough of a chance to see where it shines through. Anybody trying to get through this under 2 hours (for refund purposes) may not enjoy the trip. - It is because of the responsiveness of the developer in both listening ,and trying to update the game based in part on feedback, is the reason why I stuck with the game. - The game itself has multiple game modes each grouped into their own category. It would not be difficult to see the possibilities of combining these modes into something resembling a campaign. -Most of my comments in my original review still largely hold, but playing the rest of the available levels,as well as the new 'Shooting Range' mode, is showing me more of the game's positive aspects I hadn't noticed before. - If you get the chance to try out the level with the Night Vision Goggles, that was a decently fun time, although I question some design decisions made (to be fair, the developer did a ...
Amazing Vr experience ! fan of any classic horror or adventure games, vr takes this game to a new level. Its a mixture of fun small vr mini games that will keep you on your feet solo or in a room of your friends. The game is in early access but has alot more content then most Vr games do. By doing a little bit of research this game is being produced by a one man team and its amazing what one person can do. so plz give him some support because im sure this is no easy task.
Full Review: https://youtu.be/MJcXu3D9dEs A Fun Zombie game, with a great road map for the next year. Lots of fun and cant wait for the other modes.
In terms of replayability this game beats just about every vr game out there. It has a bunch of different game modes that you could easily sink an hour into. The fireworks one is definitely my favorite. Only thing this game needs is some polish with how things feel, like the atmosphere and add some depth to the game modes but other than that the polish with the weapons and ai is pretty solid and satisfying.
The trick to the game is mannaging to explore each game mode and findi what you enjoy.
Another dead early access game. Started off good, but as of June, it hasn't been updated for 13 months.
