Not quite "hardcore" platformer. I've only played for 24 minutes but I think that's enough time to get a feel for the game. So far mechanics are basic, with a jump and dash being the only "moves". The format is like many of these platform games; avoid all the death, and reach the goal. Begins to ramp up in difficulty quickly and steeply. Haven't managed to complete the first world yet, but I will update my review as appropriate. Graphics are nice and cheerful. Music is a little repetitive but I'm fine with repetition. Controls are reasonably responsive, certainly playing with a gamepad. It's Early Access and the developer seems to be fairly active. So far there are two worlds available, each with ten levels. Some boss battles could be interesting, but that might require some offensive capabilities for our hero. With a name like Jazz Lightning I would imagine he could develop a number of electricity based abilities like a zap ray or a full on Thor lightning storm. I would l...
