Yeah it's only 3 bucks, but this is probably the worst Hearts game I've ever played. It's pretty, nice interface, and even has some music playing in the background. But the AI is the absolute worst. I played on the highest level - professional - and the dummy players passed me low spades every single hand. And the way they play their cards is completely nonsensical. And this was on the highest level. To top it off, I got achievements for playing 25 hands, and for playing 50 hands, and for playing 100 hands all at the same time on my first game. I think I actually played 14 and won in a landslide. So there's something up with the achievements as well. After 1 game, I know I'll never play this again. And if you know anything about Hearts, you should skip this one for sure. It's not even worth 3 bucks unless you want to play against real people. But there are free online Hearts games out there already.

Don't get me wrong. It's just Hearts, but they did a really good job with it.
Nice graphics and gameplay is fun! Too bad there are no other players online at the moment, and hope devs will add more game variants.
I thought the previous review didn't understand the concept of "getting rid of a single suit", but the AI really is dumb. I've seen mobile games that are better. Multiplayer could be fun, but sadly I was the only one online :(
Good card game
This game could be improved a lot by offering more of the variants of Hearts that exist. https://hearts.co/hearts-variations The program, as is, is sufficient for players new to Hearts or that have no interest in variants of the game, but players that have played many variants would enjoy the additional options. Overall I recommend the program, but not for people that play many variants of Hearts.
I just purchased the Hearts 3D Premium and did not have very high expectations. I was pleasantly surprised and found this game of hearts to play flawlessly. I play a lot of hearts card games (I should add that I only play against AI opponents) and this was top notch as far as I am concerned. I love the sound when the Queen of Spades is played or when an opponent is frustrated, I am really happy that you do not have to play with teams, I like that the scoreboard is very easy to read, there are a lot of different customization options and I especially like the "white dot" that is displayed in front of each player when it is their turn to put down a card. There are only two things that would be really great for the game. The first and most important would be to show the players scores as the round is being played, because if someone gets all of the points in a round then all of the other players are supposed to get penalized and without the ongoing as you are playing it is difficult t...
I never played Hearts before so I cannot compare this to other games, but I love this game. The UI is crisp and clean and the game play is simple. The AI is okay. It does well enough that you better keep track of the suits—It can destroy a shot at the moon and leave you speechless. I think this AI gets better as I do! Does it?
simple game, good graphics, decent time killer
t's kind of crazy that this crappy ass game is the only iteration of hearts the card game as a PC game. would have been cool to be able to create custom rule variations because each culture/region of earth has a unique version of this trick card game embedded into their history.
