"THIS IS LIKE BREAKOUT MEETS DESTINY" -a friend after a couple of beers

In Things That Bounce and Explode, you control P.A.D.D.L.E., who can both shoot and bounce B.A.L.L.s to defend planets against the mean-spirited galactic conquerors know as the Blokolonian Armada. But don't fret, as P.A.D.D.L.E. has numerous special B.A.L.L.s to aid, which can be upgraded and gain extra abilities; plus there are powerful Powers and charming Charms you can equip to give you an edge against those blindsiding Blokolonians.

How many B.A.L.L.s can you handle? The fate of the galaxy is on your hands!

  • Face against ever-changing waves of nasty enemies; randomized enemy placement ensures no two runs are ever the same!
  • Fearsome bosses will test your skills and nerves at the end of every run.
  • Level up and customize your B.A.L.L.s with new skills, and invent devious builds to annihilate your foes.
  • Hidden Powers allow you to change the game with powerful effects, and Charms grant passive abilities granting even more customization for your builds.
  • Extra Difficulties and Enemy Anomalies add variety and replayability for the late game.
  • Save planets and read their stories at the Planetarium.
  • Tons of customization options, including the exclusive Podcast Mode™ for multitasking players.
  • Secret and mysteries await the most dedicated of players...
  • And the game does not end here; expect much more content in the next months!

Don't let my play time fool you, I've been playtestting this bad boy for a while! So. Things that Bounce and Explode. This is a game about controlled chaos. You are empowered to make incredible plays ant attacks. However, you also must deal with the responsibility of what you are wrecking on the world. Its a dance between putting up enough offense to destroy the Block menace as well not letting your own firepower hurt the planet you are supposed to protect. That said, it is a comfy 'chaos' game. Perfect to fiddle around as you listen to podcasts and the like. Highly recommend it if anything I just said made you interest in this new school of arcade games.

An amazing game for that moment you just want a quick fun, but it also offers rewards for dedicated runs. With simple mechanics, things can get pretty intense as they mix. Lots of achievements for those who crave them. I missed collectible cards, maybe they will be available later? Gameplay-wise and screen-wise, this game seems suitable for a mobile release. You can setup your gamepad in the Options menu, although playing with the mouse is the standard way and fits pretty well the intended playstyle.

I like things that bounce. And I like things that explode. One would think I would like this game.... and one would be right! It's wacky, fun, quirky and full of balls! I really dig the music and the nonsensical overwhelming quantities of balls, it was a pretty ballsy move to make this game, and it paid off!

Your hubris is your worse enemy here. Juggle as much as you can, don't play safe. BE A BALLER.

After "Breakquest"(in custom arcade mode 9/10) and "Ionball:Ion Storm"(7.2/10),this is for me the third best brick breaker game. Instead,I gave "Breakout Recharged" a 5/10,and to "Hot Pink" a desolating 1/10, despite its captivating and energetic electrodance musical theme. Regarding this game: shame about its short duration, the vertical resolution that takes up only a fraction of the monitor, the same music theme in each(clone)level, almost identical visual assets (only their color changes) but it's quite good. 6.8/10

Entertaining and charming game. Only downside is that I now have a blood feud with disco balls.

no too bad for what the dev was going for. you control with your mouse, you can spam balls constantly ( but you can't fire them if you're too close to an enemy ) you get new enemy types that mix things up, powerups and leveling as well, special moves - a littlke depth for a simple paddle game. fair price, and fun in small bursts.

I know now that I can't handle that many B.A.L.L.s 😔✊ I love the progression and the skill depth!

its Casual Games. however, I bought the game to unlock the character by passing the level? ? ? I like to waste time? ? ? It's a devil developer, I play games to make myself happy, unlocking characters is like working in a company, i had a weekend of leisure to play games at home, as a result, I had to do game tasks to unlock characters, What's the difference between me and a mentally ill person? ? ? devil developer, work overtime maker!
