Paranormal Files: Hook Man's Legend Collector's Edition

I think this game is pretty passable. The animation is pretty garbage, but that's par for the course for these types of games. The voice acting is almost passable, and even shines in some parts. The puzzles were pretty fun and interesting. I'd easily give it a 7/10 HOWEVER I should point out that there is an annoying quirk in this game: in some of the multi-stage puzzles, if you mess up on one part of the puzzle, it starts the whole puzzle over from the beginning. Which is ANNOYING, especially if you struggle in those parts.

A fun hidden object game with some nice graphics. Nothing too difficult, nothing super original. Still, fun.

Its broken in bonus chapter, you can't get past the cobble stones, it says find 5 identical items, yet nothing happens and you crash, very annoying.

Bonus chapter has a glitch where you cant get the cobblestone. I watched videos and used the strategy guide to no avail. Even the Hint button does nothing smh

I did not like the investigator's voice, he sounded like a teenager. I did enjoy the game and played it on mute for the most part.

I really enjoyed this title. The artwork was excellent and created a cohesive atmosphere. The story was interesting and the game play was fun. The interface was excellent. It was a bit short, under 4 hours, but definitely worth it on sale.
