About This Game

Pennsylvania, 1988: some sick children affected by Chernobyl disaster were transferred to the United States in a secret research medical center. Nobody could have imagined the horrifying consequences generated by this event.

Explore a disturbing reality as you try to survive the dark presences. With few resources and weapons available you’ll have to fight for your survival in a mix of horror and action. Face deformed creatures and live into the nightmare where danger is waiting around every corner.
Surreal visions and horrific apparitions will make you question what is real and what is not as. Visions or hallucinations? Is this real or are you slowly descending into insanity?

Features:
- Use the flashlight with UV-mode to defend against nightmare creatures.
- Improve your aim to survive against more aggressive enemies.
- Solve challenging puzzles to advance in the game.
- Explore the world to find helpful resources for your survival.
- High-detail environments which only becomes more and more surreal as the story progresses.

I hate to leave bad reviews. This looked so good, but it's missing so many basic vr options that should be no brainers by this point: you can't see your hand, meaning interacting with just the starting menu is difficult. Movement is by pressing and holding down the Vive pad, double clicking to run (convention seems to be touch to move/click to run these days). Collision detection is way off, just navigation the starting rooms desk is difficult. You can't disable touch to turn which is also mapped to the interact button so you wind up confusing them. I couldn't even get into the game proper due to frustration. I really want another horror shooter, Arizona Sunshine, Organ Quarter and Brookhaven are wearing thin. This is a huge gap in the market and no one seems to be able to competently fill it.

Ok so if Five nights at freddies scares you then this game is going to give you nightmares. first class VR graphics and spine chilling audio make for a truly terrifying VR experience. The level design is clever and although its exploration based you will not get lost and amongst the simplicity of finding keys ,unlocking doors the game induces a constant sense of dread that as a seasoned horror buff i have yet to experience elsewhere, i will go as far as to say i find the game uncomfortable and very unnerving . The movement is a bit unorthodox and is taking some getting used to and there is a problem with door collisions for me but dont let this put you off. THIS IS VR HORROR!!!! Give it a try if you dare.

I struggled to like this, but the controls are so awful that it is an uphill battle. Eventually I gave up. Beautiful game marred by very very poor controls.

Game is Based on a True Story Controls take a few moments to get use too but played fine for me. Make sure to explore everywhere so you do not miss anything. Read all documents too because they may have clues to help you. I really enjoy this game and love the graphics. Thank you
