About the Game

Return to the classic mythology-inspired setting of Titan Quest and go toe-to-toe with legendary monsters as you journey across a fantastical reimagining of Ancient Greece.

Nemesis, Goddess of Retribution, is out of control. She is corrupting the Threads of Fate and condemning all those who oppose her to Eternal Punishment - including you. Take up your weapon, fight alongside gods, and face some of the most powerful forces in Greek mythology in order to stop Nemesis, free those she’s punished, and weave your own epic tale.

From the creators of SpellForce 3 comes a handcrafted action RPG for a new generation of mythical heroes.

Embark on an adventure worthy of the epics that takes you from picturesque beaches, to serene Greek temples, to ruins haunted by shades of the dead, to places where no mortal has ever ventured, including the mysterious realm of the Moirai themselves and beyond.

Battle classic creatures from Greek myth and the original Titan Quest, including ichthians, centaurs, gryphons, hippokampoi and cyclopes, and prove that the age of heroes is far from over.

Titan Quest II features a unique handcrafted campaign focused on exploration, and the world is full of mysteries and secrets to discover. Legendary monsters lurk in hidden groves, strange artifacts still carry magic from bygone ages, and you never know when you will end up face-to-face with a god. Every ruin holds a secret, every statue a story.

Visit memorable towns full of life and intrigue. The conversations you engage in and the items you find along your journey can lead to surprising discoveries. This is your adventure.

Heroic deeds require heroic effort. As your journey progresses you will unlock powerful abilities and wield epic weapons, but the enemies you face are far from defenseless - dodge and counter their attacks, then overwhelm them with a well-timed flurry of blows.

Rituals allow you to control the game’s difficulty, while deep character customization systems ensure that there’s always a good reason to replay.

  • Flexible character system: In Titan Quest II, you are in control of your own fate. Form your own class by combining two masteries. Build your character around the strengths and weakness of both masteries, exploring different combinations of skill modifiers, attributes, and items to create your own hybrid class and find your favorite playstyle. Grow your powers from those of a young mortal to a hero to rival the gods themselves!

  • Meaningful loot: Every item serves a function, and every character class has many options when it comes to finding the perfect equipment.

  • Challenging action RPG combat: Enemies form factions and work together, combining their unique skills and abilities to keep you on your toes. Use the deep character build system and access every skill at your disposal to vanquish them in this unique action RPG experience.

  • A beautiful, handcrafted world rooted in Greek myth: Encounter stunning vistas and deep caverns. Use the powers of the gods to uncover secret locations and explore lovingly designed levels full of verticality.

  • Rich and immersive sound: An atmospheric soundtrack blends traditional Greek music with modern orchestral elements to create epic, memorable themes, drawing you into Titan Quest II's unique world.

Let's just get this out of the way first, this is a very small section of the game which only includes the first act, four classes and no real endgame systems other than respawning bosses for loot. If this doesn't sound like enough content then this is not worth the price. However, if you're anything like me and you're just happy to get another arpg to play then it's not a bad idea to jump in now, with the discounted price and just being able to play a new entry in the titan quest franchise was enough for me to start playing, and I'm happy I did, if this is just the early days then im so excited to see what this game ends up being when it gets fully released. The setting is incredible and super unique, graphics are decent enough and build variety seems quite deep and engaging, this probably does sit just under last epoch in terms of complexity but the fun builds you can already make is going to be enough to keep me around for a long time. With the devs saying no microtransactio...

Game is awesome so far, nice graphics, controls well and the gameplay is fun! If you enjoyed Titan Quest 1 or Grim Dawn you should give this game a try, it has that same good look and feel as the old Titan Quest game but with modern graphics and some better animations. The music is also very well done and the controls are fantastic, it handles very well on a controller to which is a very nice bonus so you have a choice! Can't wait to get on and do some more later tonight, the base right now though is very very solid, if they do the whole game with this type of care, the full game will be very good. Pick it up and give it a try since the price is very low atm, it will go up in price when it hits 1.0 next year, great time to try out the game, give the devs your thoughts, support the devs and get it for cheaper now than it would be when the game fully comes out next year. It is a VERY VERY polished Early Access game! Played 50 mins on my desktop and 20 mins on my steam deck, worked g...

1. Graphics - cool, epic. Optimization is on the way, I believe it. For now, too posh for my 3060Ti, so I set some of the setting the Medium to stay in the comfort 55-60 fps zone. 2. Locations, vibe and stylization - top notch, nothing that I can add there. 3. Bosses - nice, readable, challenging, overall quite satisfying. 4. Voice acting - very nice! 5. Sound effects - cool, music is fine, but I have some questions to the "in-game audio director" entity. Sometimes I caught myself thinking "unless my hero is dying in some hollywood movie this music does not fit there". The music itself is beautiful, but.. it does not.. fit? sometimes. 6. Abilities. Well, apart from POE2 and its extreme verbosity, the best skill customization system I know is in Last Epoch. There sub-skill modifiers do really change how skill works/looks/feels. Here - not as much. The path the game provides you with is kinda obvious; like, you have your favorite ice spell? Cool, take this bunch of supporting skills, one...

Great start. To me its worth spending the $24 for a large demo in order to show my support and help fund the development. I love the hybrid class system. Can't wait for next update! To the Devs: Please look at what gives PoE 1 & 2 and LE its longevity: Procedural generated content passed the campaign. ie Maps, Monolith, etc. Also think about Alts- shared gold, meta progression, etc. Great job so far!

The graphics are so crisp! When you look around there so much detail given to the different surroundings. The mechanics of the different enemies when fighting them or when you finish them off are awesome! It is only the beginning of early access for this game but you can see the game is a labor of love by the team working on it!!

I am an old time TQ1 and GD player with hundreds of hours and a few max-level HC characters under my belt, but I have to say that this is a disappointment. The combat system is a dumbed-down simplified version of POE2. If you see the blue circle, dodge or use the barrier, otherwise you'll be killed with 1-2 hits. During the recharge time, you can poke at the monsters, and then everything starts over. Considering that this is a basic mechanic, it probably won't change even when the game is fully released. This isn't a souls like game, you should be able to tank damage with the right setup, exspecially how painfully slow your movement speed is for some unknown reason. To support this "dodge or get one shotted" combat system, they also ruined the shields, there is no longer a chance to block, no dmr, no shield-specific skills. The shield is now just an extra piece of armor like boots/gloves, but with much less armor value. No sane melee character would ever use a shield in their buil...

Don't let the negative comments mislead you. I'm a fan of ARPG games and personally, I was satisfied with the early access. Even in its current state, it's much better than Diablo 4. Also, I want to note that there are no microtransactions — that's a big plus.

Even with only 5 hours of content, this game is far better than D4 or POE2. I am an old school ARPG player and this really scratches that itch. If you want more content, I would just wait. No reason to give a bad review or complain. This is Early Access, if you expected a full game then that is on you! An amazing start for a game and I just hope that THQ Nordic does not abandon this gem.

My review of early access, i started this actually turned off by how slow the game is and while i was playing it had the thought of well least it was only $20. but by the end of it and my build came together and i hit the thanks for playing screen, i was kinda disappointed as i wanted to play more. i dont know if the gameplay loop is just fun or its mindless enough that i checked out and relaxed. between the Greek mythology and setting im sold on its story and plan to play the first game before this leaves early access. looking forward to final release
