I had to refund this. IDK what most of the game is like, but the cube puzzles didn't seem particularly interesting and two things were really ruining my enjoyment: 1. The head bobbing while walking is really exaggerated, can't be turned off and quickly gave me a headache. Other people reported this in the forums 9 months ago but the developer hasn't responded at all. 2. The story is told to you through voice clips, but if you want to listen to them you have to sit patiently and wait for them to play out. If you start walking toward the next puzzle, they'll end and you might miss part of the story. This is just unnecessarily tedious when there are ~3 voice clips per puzzle, you have to stop and wait for each one, and they speak unnaturally slowly.

About This Game
Your memories are locked in Artifacts, which manifest in your mind as three-dimensional cubes with misplaced gears. As the dreamscape evolves, the cubes start to feature increasingly complex internal machinery, making it much more difficult to access the locked areas of your subconscious.
You play as Jack Winslow, an acclaimed pharmacologist trapped in a coma after narrowly escaping with his life from a plane crash. Assisted externally by dr Tara Moreau, you’re tasked with finding and connecting your memories in an effort to regain consciousness.
The environment in DREAMO represents chunks of memories hidden in the subconscious of your character. Delve deeper into your mind and watch as the dreamscape unfolds before your eyes, revealing another piece of information about your past and its meaning.
Key Features:
- First-person puzzle-adventure game
- Dozens of individually designed, challenging 3D puzzles with moving components and a variety of modifiers
- Challenge Mode – for players seeking to put their skills to the test

I see the reviews by people with 2 hours or less of playtime and I think WOW... I must be really slow! I've played through DREAMO and it is a good puzzle game with a beautiful environment to explore (but not interact with). The artwork is very surreal as you traverse a landscape of memories. The dialog is well written and the voice acting is pleasing to listen to. The puzzles are all the same... connecting gears on a box with the complexity increasing throughout the game. The last puzzle took me hours! The story made sense to me until the final scenes, at which point I have more questions than answers. But... that's okay. If you are a puzzle lover, I'd recommend DREAMO (providing you don't mind sticking to a single puzzle type and are good at visualizing mechanical/spatial relationships). I was reminded of Epitasis and The Turing Test... where the same type of puzzle is repeated, with variations that increase the difficulty. If you are looking for puzzle variety, The Witness or Me...
Fun game with engaging puzzles, right up until the end. The end of the game is broken, when the player makes the final decision the game cuts right to the credits and does not give the final achievements or show the end of the story. No payoff to the story whatsoever. After checking the discussion page for the game this seems to be a bug they're aware of, they just don't care. Too busy working on the VR version of the game to fix this one, seems like.
you still cant get the ending and i dont think they gonna fix it ,not worth it if you not gonna see the end of the game
The game itself is nicely done with a good story. Sadly the end of the game appears to be broken, and the final achievements do not unlock. People have reported them unlocking after playing the game through a second time, but I don't think the game is interesting enough to warrant a second playthrough, especially as some of the puzzles get tedious. In this half-broken state I cannot recommend this game. Sadly the developers have not reponded or fixed anything in years. This game is broken and abandoned.
Game keeps trying to force a resolution far above anything reasonable. It won't load. Not even in safe mode.
DREAMO is a lot like puzzle games that do not have gear puzzles, except it's a puzzle game that does have gear puzzles. A few of the added puzzle gimmicks were annoying at first, especially the push rollers, but I slowly got better at using them. The last cube in the story fried my brain and probably took a quarter of my play time. The story is not really worth talking about.
DREAMO is a narrative puzzle walking simulator that has quite fun puzzles to solve but with a story that felt flat in the end. Gameplay Using a polygon graphics art style, the game gives some The Witness vibe but the gameplay is linear. We can only solve one puzzle after the other, and except for the beginning area of the game, we mostly walk forward while listening to the story. Puzzles I personally found the puzzles the best part of the game. Given a limited number of specific gear types, they consist of finding the correct gears wiring to an exit gear. Difficulty is perfectly balanced through the game as it gradually increases as we progress and more mechanics are introduced. The game also offers a challenge mode with 10 extra puzzles (the first few are in the demo) with a short story that might have happened before the main game story. Plot We play as Jack who is in a coma after a plane crash. Thanks to some very advanced medical technology, a doctor, Tara, ...
Gets boring fairly quickly. The "puzzles" dont advance and the story/voiceacting is rather annoying and/or uninteresting
Well thpught puzzle game. The environments and graphics are soothing. At the end, game didn't give me the final achievements though,, didn't see anything other than the credits. it really drove me crazy. there is no solution on the Internet either. Developers aid needed..
