Shocking how bad this game is the UI the controls and everything its so bad which is so sad because the first one which is super old somehow looks and feels better I hope they fix this game because atm it is unplayable.
I'm a pretty big fan of the first game, so I was very disappointed with the quality of this one. The controls feel much more clunky and less intuitive than the first Ultimate Fishing Simulator, and it doesn't run all that well with lower-end specs (a given, yes, but my pc can run many other better-looking games just fine). If you're looking for a good fishing game, just get the first one. Definitely do not buy this at full price if you're still considering it.

Had a chance to be something great. If only devs decided to listen to the quite large, and engaged beta tester base. But no, quick buck is better than doing something good.
One of the most uninteresting starts to a game ever, its confusing glitchy and after 40 minutes of messing about iv decided its just not worth my time, it doesent matter how many bells and whistles you add to a game if the basics are not there.

The way the fish derp around is funny at first, but as you play more, it's far less entertaining. While the underwater camera is improved from the first game, the UI is absolutely terrible and clunky. This game doesn't 'feel' as good as the first one. Another issue I have is with how information on equipment is displayed- lacking the more enlightening information the first game provided, and it's ease of use with swapping hooks. Equipment breakage is also just not fun. The player home where fish are kept is a good upgrade, but the aquarium is far worse, and rather than displaying the biggest catch you've made, you must keep it in order to have it on the wall. Understandable, I suppose, but I just liked the old way better for filling out a "collection". In short, buy it when it's on sale in the pack, but play the first one.
For some reason this game gets alot of bad reviews from my experience and having multiple years of real life fishing on top of playing this game it is extremely realistic with having to control drag and and the speed u reel aswell as the fish fighting only problem I have with this game is that its a bit hard to understand at first and the tutorial isnt that great it helps with playing the ingame controls but with making rigs and shopping as well the fish fight harder than they do in real life this could be because of the basic rod I am using but it feels like they do. Overall i recommend having a 2050 RTX probably it runs really pretty good for me with my GPU so a 2050 or worse should work and if you love fishing this game is 100% recommended (especially if u can get it on the good 90% off deals they do every once in awhile) GOAT game studio very not greedy at all and I cant wait for Ultimate Fishing Simulator 3 to release
