(Обзор на русском: > тыц <) It seemed like a pretty good sokoban-like puzzle firstly, but with more playing, I got a more disappointment. The main feature is that the heroine leaves corpses when she dies, up to 3 of them. Should we waste good things? Of course, no; so push corpses to spike pits to build a path, leave them on the plates to open doors or to protect the player from the shooting traps. + Rarely-used concept. + Four kinds of corpses: normal, stone, fire, and dark. For example, the stone ones can be pushed into the river to make a bridge. + Many mechanics: pits, shooting traps, crates, rivers, plates, poisonous crevices... + Hidden passages to bonus levels. + Nice graphics. = There is a little epilogue for Hades, where the gameplay is more like a regular sokoban. – No step undo. It's OK at first, but further there are the bigger, harder and longer levels. It's annoying when you waste time for replayin...

About This Game
Persephone is a turn based 2D isometric puzzle game that explores the next possibility :
- What if death in video games is not the end, but the key to solve the levels?
- Where, how and when will you choose to die in order to progress?
You will incarnate Persephone, a young woman who tries to reach the bottom of hell to meet his beloved Hades. But she will never suspect her mother Demeter to try to stop the lovers to stay together any longer.
- Death is not a game over, but a tool to progress
- The game is made without any texts, letting the player learn the rules by playing.
- Even if death is the center of the game, the visuals are made colorful and beautiful to give a nice contrast.
- The game is enriched by excellent musics done by a academical classic composer.

its the only game where drowning is an objective and fun
Nice little sokoban. Controls are a little janky but it's a mobile port
Simple game, to enjoy some free time solving nice puzzles. You must die in order to win, an interesting concept.
Game is incredibly simple, yet very fun puzzles.
At first I was sceptical, but the idea to use your "dead body" as blocks i find innovative enough to keep playing. Not too easy so you have to retry some levels but not too hard so you feel the urge to throw your laptop at the wall.
I hated this game and would strongly recommend almost every other person avoid spending their money on this game. Not only is the game play tedious, the story is bare bones, and -- to be completely honest -- the isometric nature of the game made the controls frustrating, it also resulting in a majority of the puzzle mistakes. While there was genuinely some amazing puzzles that felt wonderful to get through, the controls alone made me want to exit the game and never play it again.
Nice level of challanage. Only had to look up a few answers on the main story. The story is a little week. Not really sure what is happening. The grandma story so far is a challange. I like it
Persephone is mobile-first turn-bassed puzzler. Controls are direved from touchscreen gestures. Strange and unwieldy as the result. Puzzles revolve around multitude of mechanics: dead bodies, boxes, lasers, push buttons, fire, rivers, bridges... Most of them used in inventive and fun ways. Except one: "dolls". Honestly, they should be left out for good. Story is split into 2 parts and a half. Persephone part is alright, Demeter part is borderline annoying and Hades extra is silly good. So far it's mixed bag. It's glitchy mixed bag. I had to redo several secret levels because game "forgot" I completed them. At certain level game refused to accept my solution and progress to the next level. Glitchy mixed bag means thumbs down.
