The Binding of Isaac is a Indie game where you fight of the monsters in the basement. If you like RPG games i recommend this game to you. ;\
Difficulty though bad mechanics unfair advantages given to enemies and bad controls all of this with the new-grounds art style and I would normally hate this game I thought when I gave it the first run that the humor in the beginning was great I hate so much about the game and it is quite frustrating and I think I might be the only person that cannot get a controller to work with this game though the controller works great for any other game that has controller support. However for some reason even with all of that being true this game is insanely fun and like many other older new-grounds games it is deep and some of the humor is blunt and stupid but some of it is subtle and beautiful with the experience I have had so far it seems to have no business being this fun.
Artstyle and gameplay of the game is good, but technical issues like 5fps, no controller support and else - makes me sad
The Binding of Isaac is equal parts addictive roguelike and dark fever dream. On the surface, it’s a top-down dungeon crawler where you shoot tears at grotesque enemies, collect items and try to survive as long as possible. But underneath the chaotic gameplay is a strange, unsettling atmosphere that mixes biblical themes, body horror and dark humor into something unlike anything else. The gameplay loop is brutally simple yet endlessly replayable. Every run is randomized: new room layouts, item combinations and boss encounters. Sometimes the game hands you a god-tier synergy and you feel unstoppable. Other times, you scrape by with scraps and die in the first few floors. That unpredictability is what keeps it fresh; it’s never the same experience twice. Controls are tight, the shooting is snappy and combat feels satisfying, though it can get overwhelming when the screen fills with enemies and projectiles. The sheer number of items and upgrades means experimentation is half the...
This game destroys my hope for the best; after closing this game at 100%, I feel myself like Blue Baby. But anyway I like it, this game is beautiful in everything and I really want to play in The Binding of Isaac: Rebirth, but I'll never forget how Isaac hurt me, 90% of attempts were disgusting, but when the try was good this was unforgettable. In spite of all this, I love u, Isaac
Perfect game for atheist edgy bois. Warning: You might cut yourself on all that edge.
better music than repentamce
its a good idea but poorely implamanted no update since 2011 yet it still costs like 5 bucks they could have implamanted controler support by now so its hard to recomand i dont think keybord is ideal for this game it would not have killed them to patch it up a bit, i mean its still for sale so this is the original the one that got you plaing the sequals. So yea dev wtf.
Not a bad game. I to like the top down shooter style of this game. I don't care for how the game controls though or the themes of the game.
