developer made their bag and is leaving the game in an unfinished state. look at the updates and the cadence of them. We've had one update delayed twice over two years. There are much much better games to get with your money with competent developers who work to finish their games or that have games that are already finished.

2 years without updates ^_^

Is the concept good? Sure. Is the gameplay good? Needs serious polish. But lets be honest, the issue with this game is clear as day. It has been over 2 years since the last update to this game and its an early access title. That's literally ridiculous. Do not buy this game until the dev can prove he can actually show his so called work.

It had a promising start, but so did Yandere Sim.

Its good with what it has but its dead they haven't updated in ages. I wouldn't buy it expecting it to grow at all.

Is this game abandoned? Is it being updated? Who knows. Paid for early access and it sits in no-mans land, fantastic

Ultimately this was a good game with a lot of promise. We do have some updates that have been teased, but it's been two years since the last update. Looking at the dev diary, it seems like the current update they've been working on for those two years has gone through massive scope creep. If they actually do update, I'll come back and flip my review to a positive one, but by all appearances, it's a dead game. That said, the art and sound design are great, and the gameplay has a good concept behind it. In its current state, I would say it's closer to a $5-$8 game than a $15, and I would recommend getting it on that kind of discount, with the knowledge that it may never see another update.
