It's Mr.Driller! I don't care about the story, I only play World Drill Tour for the good feel. To skip cutscene just press the start button. And as long as 僕の→地球僕らの地球 exist I'm happy!

The multi-player aspect is pretty lame, but if you were in Japanese arcades in the early 2000's, this game is a great implementation!
