Blooming Chaos is not really a well designed game, but it's at least playable. The major issue with the game is that the combat just isn't balanced at all, so you will probably find it too hard until you figure out how it's supposed to be played and then find it too easy. The game is perfectly playable in English, you won't follow the story but TouHou games have pointless stories so it doesn't matter. The game is split between arcade and story modes, both of which have problems. It was made in Unity and feels like an indie game, even though the music is excellent and feels like it belongs to a much higher production. You use one of three characters to move around and shoot, increasing your power with kills and by opening chests. These chests also contain food items you can use during boss fights that are painstakingly assigned to the number keys on the keyboard that make it very difficult to use. All you have to do to win in this game is raise your power to max, get to the boss room...
