Ghost Land

WTF DID I BUY?! This game was recommended to me thanks to Steam's wonderfully accurate algorithm *coughs sarcastically*, and since it's spoops month, the game was on sale for 69 cents [insert Lenny face here]. It took over two hours to get into any moderately sexual content which quickly turned into a horrifying gore-fest (the images were so disturbing I could only look away for a second before I was drawn back in, because I just couldn't fucking believe what I was seeing). I will say this to the videogame's developer: My eyes have not opened this wide since playing "Kara No Shoujo" (which also has some very alarming/disturbing torture and violence). I won't spoil anything for this game, but here are my pros and cons (and my disclaimer that you should really read). DISCLAIMER: Do not buy this game if you are not into literal torture porn. No idea how but this game drew me in. Then before i knew it hours had passed and i was casually cutting a ladies arm off and ripping her apart with hooks.. 10/10 would get brainwashed again.

This is probably the only ero guro game that exists on Steam, and no one even knows it, because the store page shows absolutely nothing of the content it hides. The game is really boring, the translation is bad, but I have to give the devs a thumbs up for "smuggling" this content on the platform undetected.

Honestly, though simple this could be a very fun game. Unfortunately, the translation to English is so bad it is almost unplayable. Simple errors like "Memory" being spelled "Momory" in the menu to odd translation choices like "meat of mysterious animal" "unknown metal" and "unusual eyeballs" all show the lack of ability to translate. The dialogue is also very awkward, as the first customer you interact with speaks using such unusual phrasing that you get the feeling someone sat down with a language dictionary and simply chose phrases at random that MIGHT match up.

I feel like it could actually be a decent short story, but the poor translation completely ruins it. I also feel as if the "gameplay" was unnecessary, poorly executed and boring. If you're not interested in the boring gameplay and just want to experience the story, go into the game files and edit them to give yourself infinite resources. I feel like I would have actually enjoyed this if it wasn't for the terrible translation and if instead of a "resource management" game, it was purely a visual novel.

game is impossably hard to complete 100% beat the game 12 times and only just barely got 70% of the CG and finished encounters with all heroin's i still have 2 scenes with each heroin and i think about 10 different ending maybe and it took me near 8 hours over the last 24 hours please someone help this is becoming an addiction trying to 100% this game btw hate the gameplay it takes so long to do the simplest things for no reason and some things you need to progress to certain points to be able to do in a bad way all in all 10/10 please save me somebody this grind to unlock everything is ruining my health
