Just finished playing this on my Youtube channel (link at end of review for anyone who wants to see a gameplay sample before buying). First thing to note: I remember playing the original Commandos 2 when I was a kid, back in the early 2000s - and I also recall never beating it legitimately, because my younger self was too impatient and didn't have the attention span that Commandos games typically require. So it was good to come back to this game, specifically this HD remaster, and actually beat the game properly as an adult! The game has ten main missions (plus ten bonus levels, unlocked if you can find a number of red books hidden in each of the main levels). If you've played other Commandos games, then you know what to expect here: you have a team of operatives in the Second World War.
