Unlike the title suggests, this game isn't actually about racing. You can not accelerate or decelerate unless you hit an object or are hit by another 'racer'. This game is the equivalent of what used to be called a 'flash game'. Graphics and sound are decent given the scope of the game. It's really more of a twitch gamer puzzle thing than it is about actually racing so you will find a lot of things that do not involve 'real' racing because there's no finish line during any of these races. You could potentially drive on forever if you do not meet the mission criteria (or the timer runs out) Mission involve beating up pizza boys before your opponent does, destroying other bikers before the time runs out or not being in the last position when the timer runs out. There's also no finishing second or third during actual races. The single-player campaign of Rude Racers is long and demanding with lots of fast racing, intense rivalries and non-stop combat! Spread out over 5 Seasons, there are more than 50 exciting events that offer a variety of challenges ranging from quick point-to-point sprints and elimination races to the bone-crunching action of the death matches and nail-biting finishes of the Outrun events!Winning events awards the player Trophies and Cash that are used to unlock new bikes, riders and weapons or to buy special Kits for their bikes to gain an edge over the rival racers.

Rude Racers is more than just reaching the finish line and beating your opponents to a pulp! Each season introduces innovative and unique challenges that will put your skills to the ultimate test.Take out the pizza-delivery bikes in Pizza Panic, recover your bike from the Police Truck in the Recovery events, dodge the oncoming oil barrels in the Exploder series or teach the nasty bullies with their supercharged bikes a lesson in the Hunter events—the veriety of content on offer is simply astounding!
Boss Matches and Special Kits
With tougher opponents and more demanding races, each Season is harder than the one before and to keep up with the racers, you need to upgrade to faster bikes that have better armor and handling. If you don’t want to splurge on new bikes, then the Final event of any Season is the best way to overthrow the top competitor and get control of their unique bike. These concept bikes cannot be purchased with Cash and will ensure that you stand out in the crowd!Before each event, you also get presented with an option to pick up some crazy power-ups for your bike—get that extra bit of speed on overtaking manoeuvres with Boost Packs, increase your armor with Shields or spill some oil in the path of trailing opponents to send them sliding into a wall!

This is NOT a racing game! It's more of a vertical shooter without bullets and only melee weapons. But not enough action to make it fun. You move left/right and basically that's it. Very boring.

I got this for my nephew and he set the controller down and said "why do you make me play this?" Would love a refund. Don't wasn't your pennies on this, you will be doing yourself a huge favor.

Yeah, I really like this well designed compact casual combat racing scroller game. It's a fun ride for in between! Although you can't control acceleration manually (the biggest drop of bitterness ...) the game motivates me with it 's achievements and 'Live Wire Challenges' to play on from time to time. The difficulty isn't to harsh - you can choose it before every race challenge. 'Rude Racers' is a neat, tidy and relaxing game experience - check it out!
This game is very similar to Road Rash! It may look simple. but at others times it can become very intense! If you're looking for a game similar to what was previously described, Rude Racers is for you!
