Space Mercenary Shooter : Episode 1

Space Mercenary Shooter : Ep 1 is a short and not very interresing ( in terms of history ) first person shooter with quiet a few bugs . Betwin enemies getting stuck on walls or crossing rooms that you aren't even near and shooting you wend you can't even see them and my favorite the invisible walls and dead enemys that stop your bullets from hiting the ones on the back . Overall this shooter is more of a headache then anything else and not very enjoyable in the end , especialy any missions with mobs .

Just dropped $2 Canadian on this game. Was it worth it? Yes 57 minutes was all it took to make my first way through this game, and that is by someone who is not very good at shooters. It was easy, basic, and very generic. But I played right through to the end without wanting to stop. If this game were priced at $5 or more, I would have been dissapointed for what i paid for. But it wasnt priced at $5, it was priced at $2. And for 2 bucks, i would say jump right in. TLDR, Its a $2 game that is easy worth the $2. Easy reccomendation to kill an hour.

INTRUDER ON BOARD THE SHIP! Nah but for real this game isn't bad at all. For the price of an ice cream you shouldn't really expect much, and this is a competent shooter, so that's a win for the dev if you ask me. Would love an option to raise the frame rate from 60, but I don't know how hard that is, so I'm okay with it.

Decent time waster. Its a shame the weapons were not more correct in their behaviors. The shotgun has too tight of a spread even at distance. The doorways are bulletproof for you, but not for the enemy AI. I would have to say the concept of the game shows some promise, but this is purely a time waster.

It's a no even at this price. Best thing about the game is the developer, who is actually active and updating (with no real benefit, to my tastes).

I wanted a game similar to the old HalfLife games and found this one recomended on a list of "oldschool shooter" style games. It is by no means a masterpiece, but it is still fun to play.
