So I believe I've gone through and tested all the controls and settings. This is the only non web-based Alphaduko/25x25 Sudoku application I could find, and it looks and sounds pretty which is nice. Now, what you don't find out until you play is the flow state. Flow state for puzzle games, maybe especially for Sudoku, is critical. If it is hard to use the controls, the game becomes more about working around that issue than playing. User interface is incredibly important here. Here's the missing critical features that plague most Sudoku applications and this one too, and they have no goddamn reason why: Notes are not highlighted. Particularly on 25x25, I need to know if I've noted pairs and blocked columns/rows or not, and highlighting only solved numbers makes the process so much longer than necessary. This is a quick fix, highlighting the whole box or just the small part of the square is fine as long as they are highlighted. Getting capped by this issue is incredibly frustrating. I...
As a Sudoku game, it fails miserably, not only does it not have a simple interface and crossword process, it doesn't have a pencil function, and it even obscures the interface when filling in words! It's like copying a Sudoku puzzle from a Sudoku test, and I doubt the author has ever played this game! I have played many sudoku games on steam, I suggest the author to play "Sudoku Zenkai" to improve your game, the gap is obvious!

A wonderful game for relaxing! My only complaint is that the notes do not automatically disappear when you place a number in a column/row, which makes it more difficult to keep track of and solves. Besides that it has a soothing background and a good variety of puzzles, as well as a mode to create new puzzles. Recommended!
