This game includes some gaming features of Box VR, Beat Saber, and Pistol Whip. The visuals are highly variable, making it a less monotonous experience in the long term. The boxing mode is very intense and the squats are deeper than other games. It's the best mode for workout so far. The swords mode is less intense, but it seems to require a lot of precision to hit the targets. In my first attempt, I had a hard time getting the minimum score to unlock the 3rd level because I couldn't hit the targets. The pistols mode was pretty easy since it has assisted aim, but it was also very fun. I suspect it will get harder later on. The weapons master combines the three weapons, forcing you to think fast and switch weapons quickly according to the target you see. The downside is that this game requires quite a lot of space. I've hit the furniture twice so far. I love the challenges feature. Suggestion: I wish we could set a profile for each player so that we do not share the scores and unlocke...

Overall I'd recommend it. The graphics are wonderful for a VR game. The swords are a lot of fun. Boxing is fun too. The guns... well, I think I won't play the guns much at all unless they change it. Reason being, is the targets have a hit box that goes over the target, and once it gets to the right position, you shoot and get points. So in theory it works. However, it's certainly boring for a gun target to have to wait while you're aiming at it to shoot. especially in a workout game. Seems to defeat the purpose. I would much rather enjoy just blasting away the second a target is visible. The master of weapons is fun because you switch between everything. Another gripe for me is that I can't seem to make it an offline only experience. Like there's always leaderboards and at one time I got an error saying it couldn't connect to their server. I just wanna play solo. All in all, I'll keep it and switch back & forth with my other VR workout games. For the Devs: In the tutorial, it asks...

Listen to the recent reviewers, this game is absolute trash. Requires online connection to play any form of game. It was never able to go ONLINE. Windows Firewall approved but it still wouldn't work. Without the connection it doesn't download the levels to be played, so when you try career mode there are no weapons and no games to be played.

Well, you can play the demo to see what it is. If you play a lot of fitness games like me you will be impressed with the quality. This is the best fitness game. I'd say that it's even more polished than Beat Saber. Where most indie VR games feel like they're almost there but not quite...Viro Move feels like a proper arcade game. Great music, gfx, and sound. It's like Supernatural without the ridiculous $20 per month subscription. The only down side is it does seem to need to connect to a "server". Not sure what that is for probably because the game is too good! Which makes me nervous that the thing could die at some point. But as of now. Best fitness game! Best rhythm game too.

Viro MOVE is a terrible game, i played the demo and had lots of fun, so i was very much looking forward to paying and playing the full experience. here is the short of the issue. WHY DOES A SINGLE PLAYER GAME/ACTIVITY REQUIRE THE INTERNET FOR ME TO DO ANYTHING!?! I CANT EVEN PLAY THE TUTORIAL!!!. that makes no sense, but ultimately i would rather the game be 20GB instead of requiring always online. not to mention the fact that Viros servers are trash and couldn't even play on my first boot up because the game thinks its not online. UNINSTALLING (i will be happy to re-purchase if those items are corrected)

Likes: * Really can get you moving, there is quite a bit of object dodging especially in higher difficulties * The "notes" are spread out reasonably but still keep you moving (More so in lower difficulty levels) * You can mix and match songs and difficulties into a savable playlist to create an exercise routine if you need to know exactly how much time it will take (Huge plus for those who need to cram this into a short workout. It will do the trick every time!!!) Dislikes: * Very limited playlist of songs * A lot of notes are off-sync from the beat especially in higher difficulty * The higher difficulty levels seem like they're trying to match beat saber, except it does a terrible job at it. There's just a ton of notes just flying at you and it doesn't really follow any beat. I enjoy playing the lower difficulty levels just so the notes make some sort of sense and you can actually follow it. I get it, beat saber set the stage for this genre of game, but this game was meant to get you...

I just picked this up because I was looking for a good workout VR app on Steam. So far I find it very enjoyable, a lot of effort went into making it a functional exercise product. I don't really have any major flaws to point out; I think that the space requirement may be a burden on some folks depending on your room setup because it does need quite a bit of room for your to move around effectively. Also, I noticed that in the game mode where you're cutting through the orbs with the swords, I felt like some of my misses were hits. :P Overall, I've only played it on my Quest 2 via oculus airlink and it works beautifully, definitely worth the price if you're in need of a good workout app!
