Doesn't set the mood very well, doesn't feel creepy nor interesting. Should have gone a lot harder than it did.

What a game! The game makes you have fun in it's own style! I had the challenging pain and the satisfying wins when it is real experience that matters! while at the beginning wasn't attached to the story I even cried a bit at the end. That is a game with a lot of deep meaning, that you can get nice thoughts that going to help you in life even! I'm going to be honest that first 2-3 hours was kind of boring in terms of its gameplay, but I liked the visual design of the game, animations and music. After around 3 hours I really liked how it plays. After beating half of the game I was hooked I could not stop playing! Not only it's deserving to be bought, but more than that it's deserving to be fully finished.

A very good game in the genre with great music, story, controls, exploration etc. The art style goes for classic cartoon hand drawn aesthetic that really works for the story being told. I also love the optional QOL aspects of the game. You can choose to unlock map markers for save points, shops, and (best of all) where to go next. I think the map is good enough that you shouldn't need the last one. I used it 3 times and each time i felt more like "duh, how did i miss that" and not "how the hell would I have ever thought of that". The game is also pretty easy from the combat side of things. I never came close to dying during normal exploration and any boss that did kill me only did so once or twice while I was figuring out the patterns. I much prefer that in this style of game as I feel the exploration and puzzling of how to get around or beat an enemy is far more rewarding than a boss that spanks you without mercy until you figure out the pixel/frame perfect movements for each of its 5...

So deception! I get so excited to play it, but game freeze on first scene, when I find the issue on community i discover that it is reported since 2021! If I checked it on buy day I claim refund!
