OK, let's just say this right up front: this is undeniably a Hunie Pop clone. In particular, the base Match 3 game is pretty much exactly the same, right down to the four different token types (yellow for romance, red for sexuality, blue for talent, and green for flirtation). And this isn't a bad thing, if, like me, you loved Hunie Pop and are looking for something to pass the time and quell your jones while you wait for Hunie Pop 2. Of course if you haven't played Hunie Pop, go spend your money on that, as they're the same price and this is undeniably inferior in comparison (and say hi to Kyu for me, that cute-sexy little smart-*ssed fairy f*ckbuddy 😉😘). Still, it's a reasonably competent clone, even if it doesn't quite have the same personality, with it's lack of voice acting and somewhat broken English (seriously, running a simple English spell-checker on the text resources would have helped a good bit). [EDIT: They've since cleaned this up tremendously with an upd...

I'll write an in-depth review and try to make a solid comparison to HuniePop's cheap clone named "Succubus Contract". I'll shorten the names as HP for HuniePop and SC for Succubus Contract from now on. In a nutshell: General: > While HP's GUI and artwork is undeniably better than SC, most of girls in HP are unlikeable (as traits and body) and their faces mostly aren't beautiful, i can even say they are ugly enough to hate all of them. > SC, on other hand has a horrible GUI but has more likeable girls (as traits and general appearance). > While SC has limited gallery and customization options, HP has a lot of customizations for girls and gallery for each girl. > In HP, every girl you encounter somehow know each other and/or have a common friend which is really annoying in my humble opinion. Why would i date all these girls if they know each other somehow? > In SC, the girls doesn't have mutual friends or acquaintances except one (even though we can't say that they are friends which is...

This is a HuniePop knock-off. One of several I've seen, actually. This one is decent enough, though the title makes me wonder if there is a non-animated version... Anyway, if you liked HuniePop, you'll probably like this one.

So, to call Succubus Contract a match 3 dating sim in the style of Huniepop would be to give it far more credit than it deserves. Succubus Contract is pretty much a copy and paste of Huniepop but with most of the polish and charm removed. However having said that, I've still had a lot of fun with this game. The match 3 puzzle game element is still a lot of fun to play and the girls you're trying to bone are all quite cute although the CG art is nowhere near as good as the art in Huniepop. The actual dating part of the game suffers quite badly from translation issues with quite a few grammar and spelling errors cropping up throughout. But in all honesty if you are looking for top notch writing you are probably in the wrong place anyway. Also worth noting that there is no voice acting in this at all. Pretty much the only original idea in this is the sex mini games. After raising your 'love' level with a girl you get to play a little mini game that involves clicking on hearts that appear ...

HuniePop is much more better than it. 1. HuniePop contains better CG than this game. 2. This game's achievement isn't hard to achieve, as long as you can achieve 100% hearts, I believe everything will be unlocked. Unfortunately, it takes a really really really long time to achieve it due to the continually rising of requirement points. 3. Players are expected to check help by themselves if they don't know what to do. Anyway, I am tired of the passing requirement, goodbye.

Artwork really is poor, this has been done by an amateur, not a professional. And if you are buying a game like this then artwork is a central aspect. Gameplay is okay, even though it is very similar to Hunie Pop and pretty grindy. No interesting achievements for replay value.

A Hunie Pop clone with somewhat lesser production values, but in several aspects more advanced than HP. Worth to buy+play at full price, You'll need at least 12h for the 8 girls, The 3 match dating game seems identical to HP at 1st glance, but forces you to use diffrent traits stategies than in HP, which results in a overall more difficult and luck depended gameplay. You will encouter more failed dates, but still need to grind money+lovepoints. Alas the music gets boring very fast and there are no dating voices. Dont forget to create/install the uncut file (see discussion forum).

In a word: TEDIOUS. It's a mediocre HuniePop clone with none of the style or personality or polish. The art is inoffensive at best, the writing is forgettable, the characters are your average unremarkable bland tropes-with-tits, and the gameplay is bog-standard match-3 dating sim fare. The grind, however, is f*cking REAL. Even the H-scene minigame manages to overstay its welcome by the time you're done with it the first time. That isn't to say it's necessarily a BAD game, it does come off as earnest, rather than your typical cynical cash-grab asset flip that most porn games are, but it's just... profoundly "meh".
