My first session and ive played almost 3 hours. This game is dare i say perfect. I cannot find any flaws. Great atmosphere, catchy tunes, solid combat, great characters, cool leveling system, gameplay variety etc. Just WOW. Seems like theres going to be some replay value too from what ive seen so far. I was browsing the leaderboard and it seems there is a new game plus and new game extra(?). It has a time limit aspect that can create some stress but its kind of connected to the story. I'm not expecting to do great my first time but if you don't like that time aspect then you can shut it off as soon as they introduce it and play a more relaxed version of the game which i feel would be just as satisfying game-play wise. But I'm going to do the timed version and maybe turn it off when i play on a harder mode after beating the game. The timer is definitely the way the developer intended. anyways 10/10. its on sale for 7 dollars right now. I would have paid 30 dollars for it honestly.

About This Game
Alma is an Automaton that awakens to a world in ruin after the war with the humans. Anima, the resource that gives Automatons sentience, is running out and turning Alma’s friends into mindless killing machines, the UNSIGHTED.
UNSIGHTED invites you to master it over multiple playthroughs to find the real catharsis the game has to offer. Can you save everyone?
Key Features
- EXPLORE YOUR WAY - The world of Arcadia is massive and ripe for exploration, with many shortcuts to discover and maps both above and below the surface of the world. When one path seems too tricky, find new uses for familiar weapons and tools.
- RICH AND VARIED COMBAT - Build your perfect loadout to suit your playstyle. UNSIGHTED allows players to equip weapons in various ways, from dual-wielding swords to shuriken and shotgun combinations. Alma will need to use perfectly timed combat actions to trigger faster reload speeds or a massively damaging parry to survive in the city.
- CRAFT AND UPGRADE - Upgrade Alma through an extensive upgrade tree via chips you’ll find throughout your journey. Chips can be crafted or discovered, and each offers different bonus effects. Experiment with nearly limitless builds from the fast and efficient to the powerful and stylish.
- CHOICES MATTER - Alma’s withering life force ticks away in real-time and is the driving factor in the story of UNSIGHTED. Tarry too long in one spot, and you may find that critical NPCs have already become Unsighted before you meet them. Save or drain other Automatons of their anima for your survival. The constant passage of time can result in vastly different endings and allows for further playthroughs to stay fresh and exciting.
- HIGHLY REPLAYABLE + CO-OP - In addition to the main story UNSIGHTED also features additional challenge modes, BOSS RUSH and DUNGEON RAID. You can also bring a friend along your journey through Arcadia through full-featured CO-OP.

The fairy consumed all of my cocaine. Thank you Iron Pineapple for introducing this game.
Very solid overall for a small indie game. I can’t think of an element of the game that is bad. The exploration is pleasant, never becomes boring (there is no big no man's land for instance) and makes you want to push further. The combat gameplay is not overly complicated but surprisingly fun and the pixel art, music and setting are also good. This game has the right mix of combat, exploration and puzzles and is overall a very entertaining experience. There is also a good amount of content, more than the average small indie game for the base ending (who would usually be around the 10 hour mark). I’m not the type of person who throws positive recommendations for every slightly good game and I am gladly giving this game a positive recommendation. You will not be disappointed.
A good ole pixel arted metroidvania game with a PARRY system? Sign me the freak in! Game is super good.
Hidden gem
Really great game. As you've probably seen from other reviews the time mechanic is very controversial. For where I stand on it I think you really should leave it on instead of immediately disabling it. This is coming from a person who usually hates time systems or calendars or whatever in games. I like taking games at my own pace and not having any sort of element tick down without me doing anything. I specifically dropped Persona 4 Golden because the calendar was stressing me out. With all that being said it really works for this game. It ties into the story really well and makes every character death along the way impactful and heartbreaking if you aren't fast and efficient enough clearing all the dungeons and finding enough meteor dust to keep everyone topped off. It also just sort of solves the problem that I have with most zeldalikes/metroidvanias where I get stuck somewhere and get bored. The timer keeps you from idly banging your head against obstacles you're unsure about an...
A nice little Metroidvania
Unsighted plays well. The items you unlock are fun and change how you navigate around the world. The controls and combat is tight. It's good stuff. The 'everyone is on a timer' is the draw of the game, which I think is super interesting, and it plays a far smaller part than I expected. The game is designed around it, you are given plenty of dust to dull out to whichever characters you please, as their time ticks down. As everyone's time ticks down, yours included. Though half the characters have so much time they will never need help and only a couple will actually need help before you are near the end of the game. Which, is fine. This game's focus is on the dungeons and action, and there it absolutely succeeds. This is not a narrative game where you languish over how to dull out the last scraps of dust. To be clear, the game knows what it wants to be and accomplishes it. The 'time is ticking', is extra flavor rather than the focus. If th...
Too open for it's own good, or at least open in having no marker and access to a lot of places, however linear in what upgrades you have to aquire, not very fun.
very fun game. tough at first but as you get used to the controls it becomes easier and more natural. gameplay is fun, map is neat, choices are somewhat tough, time limit adds pressure but never feels overwhelming. play with the time limit for the full experience imho. overall, strong recommend.
You can pet the doggos. 10/10
