the only thing better than a minigun that fires lead cannonballs, is dual-wielding two miniguns that fire lead cannonballs. Nightmare Reaper is fun :3
The controls are very fluid. I like the randomized weapon rolls. It is VERY hard to get used to what is happening on-screen. It took me at least an hour before I could parse the effects on the screen, and I also turned down the gore effects to try to improve that.
the action just keeps going and going and going and going and going and
This game is the definiton of a hidden gem. I played the demo and was well entertained but only when I got the full game I realized how much content actually is in this game. Tons of upgrades, levels, weapons. Took me easily 30 hours to finish the first run, before you get into the New Game+ part of the game. And even THEN you dont have seen all there is to unlock. I'll definitely keep playing this, its just too much fun and I want to see everything it has to offer!
A modern classic.
a fun BOOMER-SHOOTER with classic perks fast action rouge-like game a good choice to killing time the pixel art is RALLY cool with the colors and different stages really good game TBH and to my friends who will see this recommendation Don't be afraid give it a try
Congrats! Look no further you just found the best FPS roguelite, period. Are you a fellow Mac user? I can help. It works great with Crossover Mac 25.1 / DXMT / MSync and +install DirectX for Modern Games into the same bottle.
decent game Past issue: game breaking bug, had to stop playing, map has no exit, void beneath 2 level, restarted 5 times, only dead ends EDIT: passed the level out of shear randomness, shot at something with the bouncing grenade in an out of reach area, maybe lack of chainsaw drop?
Gud: A very fun shooter. Tons of creative weapons, and even more content, 82 levels with New Game+, ++ and +++ and minigames as 3 layers of upgrade system and on and on. The levels and the weapon stats are procedurally generated. The sound design, Metal soundtrack and the minigames chiptunes deserve an award. An edgy/cool story that barely interrupts gameplay. Da Bad (minor issues really): Performance: It's pretty badly optimized. On a high end PC I still had to lower some settings it to stay above 60 FPS. Too much visual clutter. Especially during slowmo, the screen quickly fills up with body parts, and lights, even with 0 bloom and clutter and dark color preset it's still blindingly bright. Pickup range doesn't seem to be working, for coins yes, but everything else: treasure, weapons, powerups, health orbs, it doesn't. And powerups sometimes just fly away upwards. RNG can be a bit merciless. You can get stuck with a bad weapon for long and it sucks when you have...
