Fun point and click adventure game about saving the world from climate change. It can be a little buggy with the animations but overall good story, and medium level puzzles to solve. Pros: Overly dramatic or monotonous voice acting Over the top plot Out drinking the guard Cons: Fay is probably a robot over the top resentful child

The voice acting was really, really awful. It's worse than having AI do it. The lines are all mixed up like they weren't recorded together even though they're part of the same paragraph. The story was pretty meh and the crazy insane 'twist' makes no sense. I'd skip this one.
I finally beat this game. Man! After 9 years... Let me tell you about the experience. First off, I purchased this game as part of a "Deponia is the best thing I've ever played gimme more of that Daedalic Entertainment!". So, I started looking for all the quests from Daedalic that Steam could afford me. One of these quests happened to be "A New Beginning: Final Cut". Playing this game as a student in "college" (you could say) left... a pretty bad taste in my mouth: frustrating hard illogical puzzles, boring comic style, atrocious voice acting and just uninteresting setting about ecological problems. Meh, so boring... I thought back at the time. Playing this game now, as an adult, who knows about the ecology much more, who can appreciate the different gimmicks of a given Point & Click game -- now I liked the game. Maybe I'm biased because it took me a lot of time to finish the game. But I have to commend the quest for the puzzles that can be beaten without a walkthrough. ...
