About This Game

Note: The pre-release is Oculus only. The full release will support both Oculus and Vive.

F18 Carrier Landing places you in the cockpit of an F/A 18 Hornet. As gamers, we search for experiences that aren’t possible in our daily lives. With F/A 18 Carrier Landing, we’re able to bring the armchair pilot into the cockpit of a fighter jet. We have long wanted to develop a true pilot simulator, but this wasn’t possible until the advent of virtual reality.

The Game

Your task is to utilize your skills to land on the aircraft carrier.
The F/A 18 cockpit is modeled with accurate detail. Reach out and touch the throttle, manipulate the flight stick, flip switches, and more.
Your landing will be graded based on the weight of the wheels at landing, the distance from the center line, your approach angle, etc.
Your score will be posted to the global leaderboard, can you rise the ranks?

This game is suck! When starting the game, it just shows a menu, and you can't see where is your mouse, in the window, so you can't do anything. One time it showed "Press Alt-Tab to start the game", I want to use the PS4 controller, the game told me back to Steam to setup the controller, I did it and restarted the game, and then always jam at starting menu.

let's start with why does this have a bad review? it is worth every cent...of the bankbreaking amount of 5 dlls. it is a VR GAME , clearly if you can't read that , YOU are suck! nah, but seriously, it's a very nice game, short as hell, yes, but hey it's 5 dlls , don't be cheap, it has much better graphics and details on the ships and water, not to mention the inside of the pit. trust me, i know anime ti**** and simulators , worth the laughs and a few nose dives onto the carrier . support cool games!

Not bad for the price. Was listening to the Top Gun Theme while flying. Joystick sensitivity is crazy though. You crash into the ocean A LOT before figuring out how to navigate.

What a waste. VR didn't work with WMR and currently doesn't work with Quest 3. So, exactly why are you charging for this game?
