If Found...

I expected this game to really make me cry and it did. If you think you might like it based on the description, you probably will, it's pretty much exactly what it says on the tin. Relatively linear drama/slice of life (?) VN with a journaling gimmick. I think the only area I might have expected more in was the space allegory/subplot, having played other games that went much deeper into aspects like that, but it fulfilled its purpose well enough in the narrative. In addition, the overall playtime can end up being pretty short depending on how fast you read, I got through the whole story minus the epilogues in 2 hours. I personally don't mind shorter games as long as they're good, but depending on your preferences in this regard you might want to wait for a sale.

Beautiful art style and an excellent way to tell a very impactful story. Absolutely gutted me exactly where I expected it to. Deals with some heavy topics so be ready, and understand this story may not be exactly how you'd react to everything contained within and that doesn't invalidate the story itself.

This game had a beautiful style and concept to it. It's like reading a book, so, if you're one of those that don't read this game is not for you. But, it is a good story.

I love this game and I don't feel the need to explain myself. Visual novels can be truly engaging art forms. Within the art, the interactive element, and especially the story. The reason I have trouble getting into some other pieces of media is because its not me. I can enjoy that sometimes, but I rarely feel understood and talked to in other contemporary mediums like film or television. I was legitimately anxious sometimes during this. So much of this story is what I've been going through for the past year. Its different of course for me, but its something I have to face eventually. I've been doing a lot of remembrance recently, which has been painful. Yet still, its also good to let go of the past at the same time. Not let it define you. Your family is what you make of it and I'm so happy that this game sent that message over the tired and problematic rhetoric "your family is your family." This game was amazing, it felt like I was playing my own story. 10/10 Art style was very original and pretty 9/10 soundtrack is top it's like high tier film 10/10 For me its 10/10

Annapurna has cornered the market on introspective visual novels that make you feel seen. I loved this game more than I can adequately express.
