Copperbell

Really interesting game with great artistic approach and hooky gameplay. I recommend you to try it!! :)

It's a moderately fun little platformer, but less than 15 minutes of gameplay has already shown me that: a) the controls aren't very tight, b) the combat is likewise rather loose, and (most annoying/unfun of all) c) the camera/game-screen is so zoomed in on the little bell that you really can't see what is above or below you, and the sides are somewhat limited as well. What this means in terms of gameplay is that you can't really see what you're jumping down to, and in a puzzle platformer (even a short one), especially one with achievements for never taking damage/getting hit, that means a dramatic drop in fun, not to mention taking damage and/or dying because of leaping down to things that you didn't know were there. So, sorry, looked like fun, and sorta was, but if I'm feeling a little frustrated less than 15 minutes in because of limited viewing in a platformer, then there's really no point in continuing.' I'm afraid I can't recommend this game.

I really enjoyed the visuals and music. All of the areas were engaging to explore, and the bosses were interesting to fight, although I did feel that it punished players a little bit too much if they were already struggling. I recommend Copperbell for players looking for a short action-advent...

Yes, it's short, the controls were a bit weird, and I was so bad at it, that I gave up on the final boss XD But the atmosphere, the beautiful textures, the relaxing sounds, the gorgeous artwork - this game was a feast for my senses!! Thumbs up from me and I hope to see more games from the developers!

Overall good quality game for a low price. Very well-made and fantastic soundtrack, a lot of effort put into the artwork, simple game play yet still satisfying. This is one of the good kinds of arcade-like games. Short game play, should only take under an hour to complete, but when taking into account it's low price (especially during sales), definitely worth a buy in you like small little works of art.

Bought this game a week ago and it has been super fun. The animation is quite unique and the style of the game overall. Definitly do reccomend it for a short fun jump and run.
