About This Game

In Bakery Simulator every recipe is inspired by the real ones!

Check the cookbook, use a database of original recipes, and learn to bake several dozen types of bread, buns, and more. Be precise - otherwise, your goods will not be properly baked.

 • Choose your target.
Stores need different kinds of baked goods. Bread and buns are just not enough – some expect croissants, bagels, or muffins. Browse daily lists of orders, choose them and commit to regular deliveries. Raise your reputation and trust with the stores by making the deliveries on time.

 • Find the best ingredients.
Manage and control the ingredient storage space. Order different kinds of flour, yeast, and additives from the warehouse. Check which ingredients are missing or which you’re getting short or - otherwise, you may find yourself in a difficult position and unable to work on the orders!

 • Earn and invest.
Invest your hard-earned cash in newer equipment that will let you bake even more products. Buy a larger delivery vehicle or machines for making other types of bread. Expand your bakery.

 • Bakery customization.
Choose your own bakery equipment from the list of dozens of available machines and devices. Follow the manuals closely… or find your own use for them. Upgrade and customize your working space to your liking. Install more and more bakery machines as you progress through the game. Buy countertops, shelves, and tools. Create the perfect conditions for baking!

 • Logistics is key.
Plan your route to save as much time as possible when unloading. Hurry up and deliver warm bread to stores before opening. Remember that delays will cost you money!

 • An open world with a changing customer base.
From time to time new bakeries will appear. Respond to the needs of the market and invest in new equipment to avoid going bankrupt.

Наскучивает уже после 5 часов игры. Советую разработчикам добавить больше контента.

English: This is a pretty fun game, but it's a bit buggy and feels like it has been abandoned by the developers since the last update was in November 2023. Still, I'd recommend giving it a try just for the experience. If you see it on sale for less than $1, go for it, as you'll easily get a few hours of enjoyable gameplay out of it for that price.

I played this 1-2 years ago and constantly had to take breaks from motion sickness. Then I got a new pc and thought "Hey, why not try this again?" I've been achievement hunting and asides from the headaches, this wasn't really a hard experience. But Oh. My. Fuck. I can't see when I turn a single centimeter. In May of 2022, A dev responded to a plea for a way to turn off this gross motion blur and they replied with "We'll keep this in mind!" They did not keep nothing in mind, but the loose change they get from this piece. Anyways my head still hurts, It's NOT worth the achievement hunt.

If you like X simulator games, I really recommend this one. It sticks out to me because it's not just 'thing happens, push a few buttons. Then next thing happens.' You actually get to choose what to do and you actually have to focus a bit. It's not just 'click highlighted things'. You can mess it up if you're not careful. You have to be aware of the how much of what you're doing, as well as a cute dough forming minigame that I really like as well as an (optional) driving minigame. I feel like I'm actually getting better at a skill instead of just unlocking more highlighted buttons to press. I get these things aren't for everyone but if this is a genre you enjoy, this one really sticks out in a good way. It isn't painfully monotonous after the first five hours which is what the others tend to boil down to.

The game and the concept is fun. But it's still so buggy... I'm still experiencing bugs which have been discussed on the forum two years ago. For example: https://steamcommunity.com/app/1031120/discussions/0/3838801285227598840/. Unless you don't mind working around the bugs and finding the workarounds, it's fine to play it. Otherwise, don't. Find other simulator games.

UPDATE: Upon restarting the game a third time because of bugs (if I didn't complete all my jobs and it put me back in the wrong size bakery and I can't buy the next size one up again). Buy it on sale. ----------- I didn't realize this game had such bad reviews. I LOVE this game. But my caveat is that I love sim games in general. If you're like me and like cooking sim but get frustrated with all the physics then this game is for you. The feedback loop I found really fun. The minigames I enjoyed, though after 12 hours I did get tired of them sometimes, but upgrading your shop eliminates all of them. There is a very real sense of progress. You go from a tiny little shop making a few loaves to a full kitchen pumping out several orders a day, its very satisfying. That being said, it does have its bugs and could use some QoL features. I somehow deleted my breadrounder 10 hours into the game the first time and ragequit. Came back and got all the achievements. Also if you click on...

I really want to like this game, but it's seriously broken. I don't spawn at the right bakery 75% of the time. Sometimes I'd be putting dough on the baking trays and it'll stop showing the "place" symbol. It's so annoying to have to skip the day and miss all or part of the orders when nothing in the game is working as it should.
