TL; DR: is a GREAT game that screams GIT GUD take it or leave it This is one of those moments when it would be good for Steam to have a more neutral vote. the game and its immersion are really great and its controls are simple and easy to understand but even so I did not have a really good experience, the learning curve is exessive, there is no intention of the game to explain what is what you are supposed to do even in the first level, you have to try several things to know if that is what the game wants you to do and with that you die several times forcing you to start over from the check point, return to the place where You died and try to get it right this time or try something different because you dont know if what you tried the first time was right. and that in a virtual reality game is exhausting. to be honest, for the price I recommend you to try it

This game had one job, let me grab. But no vibration or visual cue indicating that my hand is in the right place to grab means... Grabbing is shit.
An Climber Game with an Abstract Art Style (and a Weird Title) Not having played a climber-type game within the last 9-months (last one played was 'To The Top'), this game reminded me of why I enjoy them. Pros: - An abstract, minimalist art style that makes you feel like you are on a different world, without getting distracted by how next-gen the world looks. - Some backgrounds remind me of a PS VR game I played called 'Bound', and those metallic hands you stand on scream out the movie 'Logan's Run' to myself for some reason. - Gameplay is challenging at times; hard but fair. - Saves points are reasonably spaced out (although the wimp in me would love to save anywhere) - The pricing for this game almost makes purchasing the game a no-brainer (unless you're feeling extra cheap). - Maybe I haven't gotten far enough into the game yet, but the game title would not have made me think about a climbing game. The title weirdly adds some appeal to myself. Cons: - Using Oculus Touch controllers...
Let me just start out by saying i really wanted to like this game, its grafics are really nice and sound design is pretty solid aswell, and ive hear this being recomended by a lot of other people, but damn does it not market itself the way it should. It is a rage game by design, and i like these type of games but you gotta be clear that you intend on being one. I mean seriously the tag on the store page says casual, and its literally the FARTHEST away from the truth. The "movement is not always easy" is also very misleading, it sounds like its refering to the actual obstacles themselves, and not the actual mechanics. But i would have let it slide if it didnt feel like there was a real oversight with the controls: I did the first ~3 checkpoints with about 2 deaths, i was really enjoying the game, despite the fact that my "hands" were oriented wrong (it was about 90 degrees from how they should have been) and it used the trigger button instead of the grip button (it was really weird wh...
Very simplistic logical escape room game with simple yet effective visuals. It is definitelly cimbing game which could have benefit from more haptic feedback however can be real fun to beat. Got it on sale and am satified with it so far.
This game will beat your butt, in a good way! Back in the days most games did not have any in game tutorial, you just learned as you go. Often you had to learn the hard way, but in a rewarding way! This game is one of those unforgiving games that forces you to master the art of climbing yourself, with no one to help you. From a developers perspective, this demands alot of thought being put into the learning curve to make it JUST difficult enough - it is an art really, and the makers of this game has done exactly that, which goes into showing how well made this game is in general! Try it out!
its hard as shit and youre the one to blame for your failures
It's Too Difficult for my Mental Disability! I could not get past the falling stone blocks, and I could not respond instantly after looking upwards uncomfortably as to analyze the timing, while hurting my own neck within the process.
Has some good ideas but some pretty stupid ones too, who thought those flying sticks that don't ever come down would be a nice mechanic. Please fire him.
I've always loved simplistic visuals and low poly models but this game single handily made me only enjoy david cage level graphics. It truly is an ugly nightmare not worth the money, time, finger soreness, or suffering. It's the company's only game, let alone vr game, and I hope it stays that way
