I was super lucky to be able to be one of the people to test this game! I ended up squatting over 200 times and didn't even realize how much effort I was putting in until the next day... my legs were dead. I would highly recommend this VR game to anyone wanting to spice up their exercise routine or wanting a more entertaining leg day!

Did >100 squats in a row, tore a muscle, can't play this for some time now. 9/10. Please give us a stop option without having to crash into walls.

Hot Squat 2 is not a complicated game, nor is it intended to be. It has a few modes, but for the most part: a wall approaches you. The wall has a vague silhouette of a squatting person cut out of it. Squat to get through the wall. Repeat until your legs fall off. It's very practical at what it does, which is encourage you to do more squats than is necessarily healthy or wise. It's a great complement to Beat Saber, which is mostly an upper-body workout; it's an efficient way to finish up your exercise routine with another heart rate spike and pain in other parts of your body. It's a silly little Gym Thing, and as I am using VR as my gym of choice, it is a very useful part of my VR exercise collection.

I personally know ALL the Bean Boys and they let me test this game. TBH I like this game better than the first because there's more options in everything! You can customize your outfit, hand signs, gym, music and now there's a cardio feature! It really got me sweating but is so fun to play!

You wanna get the thicc achievement, right? The dummy thicc achievement? You can put those on your profile. Think of how jealous your friends will be. Think of how THICC you can get.

The Best Installment in a Series Since Alvin and the Chipmunks II: the Squeakquel (disclaimer: I know the developers and helped test Hot Squat) A substantial improvement on the first Hot Squat. I never would have thought that the act of crouching and standing up could be entwined with such intellect and complexity. I was moved by the compelling story of one person locked in an eternal struggle with lactic acid Just think, you could buy this game or five candy bars. Which one will make you feel like a winner? But seriously this is an awesome game and the proceeds go to a worthy cause. The future is now, and it looks like Hot Squat II: New Glory: The Quest for Peace

It's limited in scope, but Hot Squat 2 fills in a gap in my VR fitness library - most VR fitness-focused games are very upper-body dominant (and really, shoulder-dominant), so it's nice to have another title to throw into the mix that focuses entirely on lower body. And let's face it, while squats are one of the best exercises you can do, it's boring as hell ripping off a set of 50. Hot Squat is here to fix that problem for you.
