- Hey Mark, what if we merged our games together? - Yo Steve, but it's just two games, maybe we should wait for the third one? - No, no, no. Trust me, it will be great - Sure, if you say so, but we should change something so it wouldn't be just one less installation - Make it a bonus for buying the second game so they are the same price - Got it - And delete options from the menu - ??? - ? - ... okay, sure... - work done, time for vacation Shiro HQ circa 2019

About This Game
Evoland is a journey through the history of action/adventure gaming, allowing you to unlock new technologies, gameplay systems and graphic upgrades as you progress through the game.
Inspired by many cult series that have left their mark in the RPG video gaming culture, Evoland takes you from monochrome to full 3D graphics and from active time battles to real time boss fights, all with plenty of humor and references to many classic games.
Evoland 2 graphics style is changing as you travel through time and its gameplay evolves as you move along the storyline. It is also a real RPG at heart, with a deep scenario based on time travel: explore different eras and change the history of the world. But are you sure that the consequences will not make things worse?
Full of humor and references to classic games, the Evoland series brings a truly epic and extraordinary adventure, unlike anything you’ve ever played before!

Well I've got a lot to say about legendary edition and I want this info to be available to everyone. First things first, I want to make it clear that I love the Evoland series. It's a series very near and dear to my heart so what i'm about to say is not out of hate but of love. DO NOT BUY Legendary Edition. This is really not the best way to experience one of these games. Instead I STRONGLY recommend picking up both games separately this will in turn give you a free copy of Legendary Edition. I'm not saying this because I want more money sent to the devs. There is actually a really good reason to do this. Evoland 1 at the time of writing is listed as verified on steam it shouldn't be. Its not fully proton compatible. Legendary Edition IS the best way to experience Evoland 1. You get multiple saves unlike the original and the game is generally less buggy. It also works with proton and Legendary Edition deserves it's verified status. Evoland 2 on the other hand is best experienced i...
Unfortunately, you can't change the language.
I've tryed every solution I've seen online to get past the second jump during the trial for a total of a hour or two. nothing worked. I wish I had bought these two games separately. Ill keep trying later and let post if i finally make it
Le sigh...again. 7th Saga in the early nineties gave the player the option to avoid enemy encounters by providing a mini-map onscreen; however, this game - at least this far, does not provide a means to avoid encounters. Instead, they just RNG happen. Then, these frequent enemy encounters devolve into the absolute most basic combat conceived - the option is to "attack" with one character and then to "heal" with the other player. Wow. Again, in the f u c k i n g NINETIES (the period of video games this filth is emulating) there were more player options during combat which gave levels of complexity - despite the rather primitive technology at the time. In this game, again, 30 or even 40 f u c k i n g years later - the only option is mash the "attack" button...which inevitably leads to success. Gain XP. Gain coin. WOW This occurs so often that my brain began to reset into the mode of watching a terrible movie from which I am unable to walk away: bored survival. So, with the li...
this piece of shi is full of bug, no objective and a lot of not so fun part. not really recommend this at all
.
Amazing game I really recommend it to anyone and everyone!
Game itself is fine but no options button to adjust volume/graphics which made my whole playing experience a bit annoying. The game is a must-buy but take my advice and purchase Evoland 1 and Evoland 2 separately.
it's fun.
