Guide a young man through his first day in Bright City – a bustling island paradise with a horrible secret. Find a new job, make new friends, and attempt to solve a mystery revolving around a ludicrous gang and a fanatical cult.

In this RPG, you defeat enemies in turn-based battles by completing minigames unique to the foe you're facing. These minigames are made up of a variety of challenges, including rhythm games, shoot-em'-ups, memory puzzles, and quick-time events.

Not Recommended

Pains me to say it, but can't recommend this one. The combat system, though flawed in some aspects, is still really good and the WarioWare minigame hook is executed pretty well, but the game really falls on its arse when it comes to the story and characters, meandering to a boring conclusion with characters that do nothing yet the game tries to hammer in how funny they are at every opportunity. If you want to play an RPG strictly for the combat, pick this up, otherwise pass on it.

This game... is a masterpiece. Hearing the criticisms of other reviews, I was unsure if I'd like this game. And ohh boy, it was emotional, funny, and kept me invested for the entire 15-16 hours of play. I would recommend this game to any rpg fans, casual or not. 10/10 game, a masterpiece that left me starstruck and wanting more! Knuckle sandwich 2 when?
